That line made me laugh aswell. I find it irksome that people actually believe banning loli will lead to decreased child pornography and decreased child molester numbers.

Think of it this way: the United States of America is a country with relatively severe problems with violent crime. It depends on the place, but it's a problem everywhere, as it is in every country.

Why? In violent crimes, the motive is not "I saw Jack Black kick a guy in the nuts and bite his face off so I did it too;" the motive is going to be something related to desires, pain, rejection, revenge, etc.

A similar case exists with child molestation. People don't molest children because they think the kid will act like a loli and go all vanilla on them. They molest children because they are sexually attracted to people who don't want to have sex with them; some people really feed off of the naivete of underage persons.

It is a part of the internet that is not indexed, it is anonymous (Unless the FBI REALLY wants to get you), and pretty much is composed of 50% CP, 25% Random College Documents and etc 25% Illegal Trade and sale of contraband
