now for the debate part: This is indeed the first stone of a mountain of censorship, what are they gonna ban next? Hentai in general? and then porn? And then everything which CAN be used to produce or depict offensive content? I don't think so, it would cause a massive shitstorm and protest everywhere, possibly more murders because nobody has an outlet, and then those who have banned it will be the first to die. At the moment, Sankaku is just begging for ANY kind of publicity, and we have given them that. damn...And besides, pirating games is illegal too, and guess what. cc.98%, yes 98% of dutch teens downloads music illegally, I can imagine that for adults, it will be a bit lower. But still, NOBODY is gonna be crazy enough to actually try and catch someone for 'omgwtfdairyqueenbbq he downloaded a DRAWING of a FICTIOUS small girl having sex!', when they have more urgent matters like murder and rape on their hands, hell, I dare to bet my life for it that somewhere in the world, there is at least ONE judge who has fapped to loli, does that make him a criminal? That's about as backwards as you can get. I feel you are ignoring the reality of such a change and the unintended consequences of such. You are dead set that lolicon and shotacon equate to child pornography despite that no actual children are involved.
I suggest you read Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition in which the supreme court ruled in favor of lolicon. Which is protected by the freedom of speech (for the love of God it's a drawing).

The real problem are these so called "bad seeds" in every category.

Uh, yes it is illegal for someone who isn't at least eighteen years of age from viewing lolicon. Granted the law is pretty lax considering a good majority of us started viewing pornographic material before we were eighteen, but that is because we knew to keep quiet. I highly doubt Jacob, Nikon or Raze really care whether a member is eighteen or not, but they are legally liable if they find out that you aren't at least eighteen.

Pedo as in pedophile/ child molester. Then I have to disagree as she was legally of age. Appearance doesn't matter so long as legally she is of age.
If she was legally 18 then there is no problem. Lets say she had some genetic issues that caused her to have a prepubescent style body (no breasts, no pubic hair,etc) then I would find it it a bit weird but, if she was legally 18 then there is no problem.

I come to this conclusion due to the statistics that come from Japan about sex crimes per-capita being lower than in the United states where sexuality is repressed.

Sorry if I cause trouble for anyone on this site.But people have to know that adults arent the only ones viewing pornography.Their are many teenagers who look at porn and have a hard time dealing with it cause people(mostly their parents,teachers,authority figures) tell them it is immoral and wrong.
