I'm pro-life.Even if I got raped and such, the baby is still a human being.
Killing a human being is murder. And murder is definitely not a choice.
murder is a choice by definition. is the unlawful killing of another human being with "malice aforethought", and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter).
1. Intent to kill,
2. Intent to inflict grievous bodily harm short of death,
3. Reckless indifference to an unjustifiably high risk to human life (sometimes described as an "abandoned and malignant heart"), or
4. Intent to commit a dangerous felony (the "felony-murder" doctrine).
if you catholic, life start at formation but you have no soul intil your birth and breath you first breathe, so unborn babies are not subject of existence, no heaven no hell no limbo, nothingness. and this is coming for a father of one with another coming in a month, excommunicated catholic and a ordained priest in the Gnostic faith.
