Want to know why? Very simple reason.
THE FUCKING JOKE ISN'T AT THE EXPENSE OF THE VICTIM.
In fact, they're intelligent jokes (much more intelligent then just trying to get a laugh out of shock value) that, while funny, still manage to make a statement about how ridiculous it is that women are forced to feel unsafe because of their gender.

Do you men get it now? Or are you still defending rape culture by hiding under the 'freedom of speech' excuse? Grow up. And those of you saying "We're trying to make something tragic more bearable for everyone"... who? Who is this everyone? It surely isn't women - look at the rape statistics. Hell, 1 out of 4 of us are molested/raped before we even reach consenting age! If you make a joke at the expense of the victim, everyone loses - your mothers, your sisters, your daughters, every female you care about loses. Because, once again, it's like patting the rapist on the back and saying it was the woman's fault. For being a woman.

And please can you use your brain 2 seconds and think abouth how stupid this is : "If you make a joke at the expense of the victim" ... How do you even make a "funny" joke at the expense of the victim ?.. No one mentioned this point because i think it's kind of obvious that we are not speaking abouth those kind of jokes ¬¬

Uhm, Tosh's "joke" was at the expense of the victim. Meaning, a joke that's punchline insults the victim. How is that not the case with this joke? "I switched my sister's pepper spray with silly string, and then she got raped!" Wow, so funny there.

Also, you don't have to insult me when you can't even spell the word example correctly.

And why don't you? I said defending rape culture. Since you guys don't seem to know what that is, I'll help you out:

Don't try and limit comedy according to what offends you. Just switch off the comedians you don't like. Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing, and you won't be able to stop it no matter how much you moralize.

I don't approve of rape jokes at all. I have many things to say on why not, and why I immensely dislike anyone who makes them, but I don't have the time nor interest to upset myself by getting into it on this board.

That said, my stance is highly against them. And no, I don't hate all jokes, but there are some things that will never be funny.
