Nope. Creates rage and since no one can stop them for passing the law.. just makes more problems for us. Theirs a real mistake in what the government does and what is in line with the bill of rights and what people think what is covered in it. There no freedom of torrent or free shit. There no freedom of speech if it violates the law. Can't yell fire in a crowded room and call it a freedom.. all freedoms are subject to the government approval. The only remedy to this is the courts since their the check and balance to congress and the laws of the us. The idea that because we have a bill of rights doesn't mean you have rights... anytime the powers at be want... their no is not rights for you. The only reason that the government hasn't is because we the people are the controllers to the land.

If the people revolts... then the government is lossed.. even if a revolt loses... the government is over. The only way is someone files a court case or de elect your money hungry congress... Fight like your forefathers did... no lazy ass petitions.

Protest. Boycott. File a adjuration of the law before it's law. Call your congressman, threat him of his job. Fuck my country men are lazy ass elites. No one cares your opinion. No one is going to help you. At least the 99% protest had some real issues.. sprinkle in with lazy hippies who don't want pay their loans and tuition. Plus the country is fuck with debt, corruption and dying fucks like me with little to no healthcare.. And im a fucking vet with a good paying job and good credit.. Va sucks and my health insurance doesn't cover my diabetes.. only good thing is my kids are covered.

There is no reason or presidence to shut down a site in the United States for that. Like freaky said, most of them aren't hosting the material, but rather are a hub that links to where the material is hosted.

Shutting down the way one accesses a website via DNS, does not therefore mean anyone is going to actually physically take down the site.

I just saw a bizar commercial on tv. it used employment and patriotism as the arguments for the black list. it said something like "this will save american jobs" and had a flag graphic with loading progress bars as the stipes on the american flag. i saw through it rather easily, but i can see the middle american inbred idiot masses being easily influenced by it.
