Well, as the title suggests today isn't going all that great for me at the moment. Earlier there was a storm that knocked out my power. When it knowcked out my power it also causes my desktop to error. I'm not a great person when it comes to the technical aspects of it but, it goins like this. You boot up the compter and it gets to the loading screen just before you get to the log in screen. Then it would restart itself...endlessly. So I try to use the OS disk to repair the problem (I figured it was just a corrupted file since it was basically full of them. So that doesn't fix the problem. In frustration I wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS. Now, heres where you'll want to facepalm for my stupidity...My ENTIRE HENTAI COLLECTION IS GONE. Yes, thats right I was so stupid for a moment that I deleted over 100gigs of beloved fapping material. On top of that the drivers that are used to connect my computer to the internet are missing so my computer doesn't see the modem hooked up to it. So I have a brick for a desktop at the moment. Currently I have an old laptop (excuse the expression) nigger rigged up to my modem in order for me to post this. Today just really isn't my day. I fear that I'm growing dumber by the day.
Damns, that's rough! I'd be devastated if my collection of hentai went down the drain, especially 100 gigs worth! I only got 4 gig's of my fappin' material on a usb drive just in case something happens to my beloved doujinshi.

Now I'm not much of an expert, not at all really, but I was always under the impression that data could usually be recovered no matter how you erased it... By a pro anyway, I guess it comes down to how much its worth to you.

I agree today is a better than yesterday but, fixing my computer has taken me from 9pm last night until now as I currently write this post I am still piecing things together. Internet Drivers, audio drivers, finding/downloading all my old programs, tweaking settings back to how they used to be, reloading my "saved" music and having to hunt down all of the stuff I wasn't able to burn to a cd. All the doujins I lost can eventually be replaced but, since I got a large majority of them from places like 4chan and I didn't have a list of the ones I had I'll be lucky to come across them again. The Images are basically gone for good. I had several gigs of that so I'll never get all the images back. Though I'm sure I can replace a portion of that since most of it was down the lines or certain fetishes.
I guess I'll just start over and I'll start with FAKKU. I'll get the doujins I remember I d/l from here.

The more I deal with computers the more I begin to hate them. Maybe its just this computer. Sometimes the audio will play for Itunes, sometimes it won't play any audio for anything. Sometimes it'll be all hunky fucking dory. I really wish I had a shot gun and the money to purchase a new computer right about now.
