I find gore beautiful, but I don't "wack off" to gore, that's gross. I find it natural and the same interesting because it's such a taboo. I have already taken Anatomy & Physiology II, so that means I have experience in locating organs in a real cadaver, seen brain tissue cut in slices with a saw, and observing live surgery.

I'm kind of like this. The human body fascinates me; the way it reacts, what lies beneath the surface of the skin, and all the gory stuff that you get when you do something to it. I haven't taken an Anatomy course, because I don't necessarily want to learn the names of everything, but I do like the idea of cutting up a body and seeing what's inside.
Of course, I'd only want to cut open dead bodies. Liking gore because of how the person being harmed reacts is wrong, I'd say. Well, it's sadism, and I think it's alright to a point, but enjoying watching people die, that's too much.
