As you can see from the desktop context menu, my regional settings are properly set to japanese, so that's not the problem.

Well, just running the installer shouldn't require Japanese regional settings anyways... Im also using Windows 7 but mine's 64 bit, so I don't know what's wrong....

Nevermind, still don't know what the problem was, but I just proceeded to install it on my external from another computer and it still seems to run fine on my laptop, so it's all good.

I'm having a problem booting the program. Everytime I start it up, it gives me an error... I think that has something to do with the Exe.
