anyone know if you can get Alternative to true full screen. Clicking on the full screen button gives it those black boxes on the top and bottom as if it was wide screen

About the screen, that's related to your drivers definitions. Try to google something like "games retain aspect ration on full screen" and you'll see some solution methods.
About the walkthrough, the english patch includes it. Alternative doesn't need a walkthrough since the story will be linear independently of the choices you make.

The download was successful, I mount the first ISO (Extra) with Daemon Tool and try to install with the second method, everything is fine until it ask for the second disk, so I mount the second disk (Unlimited.iso) and press ok, but the installer seems to not detect that the second disk is mounted, and ask me to mount the disk (that is already mounted). I've tried in admin mode, Windows XP SP3 (I'm on Windows 7) compatibility, and without anti-virus.
Do anyone have an idea ?

Did you remember to unmount extra?

Yes, since I have only one virtual disk, when I mount Unlimited, it automatically unmount the first (Extra).

Confirm on your computer folder if the drive is really mounted.
If it is, try changing the program you use to mount the files since the MuvLuv engine gives a lot of trouble.
If it still doesn't work it may be wise to try the first method.

Now, strangely and suddenly Muv-Luv have no more problems to install itself with the english installer ... Do not know why ..., but thanks anyway to anyone who have helped me.

Ok, I just finished Alternative. It was the most amazing epic thing ever. I am completely hooked on the Muv Luv series. I want to play all the other ones. Altered Fable and Chronicles. From what I saw there isn't any translations for them in progress. So they aren't going to be translated? Another question, I found this program called AGTH that supposedly translates Japanese games to English for you. Does that actually work?

Many people read VN using that kind of programs however we're talking about machine translation so don't be expecting accurate translations. Try checking this thread.

if you lose your temper from waiting to be translated, use AGTH to translate.
well, its not very effecktive, at last AGTH only help you a litte.

normally when i open the zip file if it is corrupted then it will be show by then however this time there is no problem so i continue to download but they keep on saying part 3 part 7 is corrupted even if i try re downloading it it didn't work help please
