Got mine after carving the 1st G Rank brachy in the HR6 urgent. Just keep on killing the fucker. Cut tail, kill, carve, pray for a gem in the rewards.

Hunted Brachy together with my brother. He got 2 gem even though he doesn't need it, and I got nothing. Makes me sad indeed.

I got 9 Mystery Slime in one go though.

I think I'll put the Mock Melynx mask on Kayamba...

If brach gem was rare 5 he could have given it to you. IIRC you can give mats and stuff to others under rare 6.

Don't put mock melnyx on kayamba. Put it on ChaCha. Better speed. Kayamba has better defence than chacha so put a mask like ultimate mask or ancient mask with block. Works wonders.

Also, you still translate moe~ crap or are you done with the scanlator business?

And suddenly Gold Rathian carted me once, same with Savage Jho when I failed to roll thru his breath. Having a -35 dragon sure felt great.

So jealous about not having Monster Hunter 4. I want to try my hand at killing Goa Magara. But at least some of my favorite monsters are coming back :D.

Jho is challenging but so much fun to kill. Brachydios is also pretty fun although I will say slime was a bit strong. Luckily that rarely matters at all since it isn't a pvp game but a PvE game. OP things don't matter XD.

I should technically be done with 3U since I have a full Longsword set, Bow Set, and Hunting horn set but it is so addicting XD. I need to get dual swords, a Helios X gunner set for when I need to use the kelbi bow (so many coatings!).

I do hope that if they bring MH4 here they will bring over a G rank version (simultaneous worldwide release, I can dream can't I?). Both the 3DS or the Wii U is fine since I find that the second screen makes it easier to access the combine list, organizing interfaces, and so on. :3

although,if i have to nitpick about it.....even for a Low Rank Kirin,it's damn easy compared when it's still in the 1st Monhan and 2ndG/Freedom Unite.

it's surrounding lighting strikes became so predictable since before it lands,the ground flash for a sec and it used to be only when about to strike you from long range in FU.
it got no several lighting strikes on it's body too.

sure when it rages it can buck kick you if you're behind it but still,the old days Kirin were tougher and can get brutal if you're not careful enough.

but being able to ride a kirin were pretty awesome.lol.
and it's horn is breakable now.

the Low Kirin Armor set gives your......what's the names again if it got translated?
err.....well,it gives you Powered All Element Attack,makes you invincible to element effects(burn,dragon blight,freeze,etc) and Bad Luck so you'll get less rewards.really need to find an amulet to nullifies that effect since there's no decorations available yet.

right now i'm at HR 3 and about to get to High Ranks.

So the armor is shit? Elemental Atk Up, Blight Resistance and Bad Luck? So much for being an elder dragon. Disgusting.
