Are you using the Continue function or the Load Game function?
The Continue function will load to the initial bit of the part you was last reading.
With Load Game you will be able to choose one of the Saved Slots to load.
If you people feel discouraged by the last post of darykk168, i would reccomend to play anyways, the only troubles you will find (at least i only found those) is that sometimes you will receive a error on some image transitions which will lead to one of those:
1- the game will end.
2- the text will continue appearing but with no CG/Background until the next image transition.
To solve those two is particularly easy:
1 - Just keep saving after reading a few minutes, so you don't have to load and skip a lot of texts.
2 - just save and load, and the image will load again.

Once i save it's over, the loop begins. To make it simple once i save once, everytime i load a file, i will go back to that point even if i overwrite it.
Oh and it only happens when the game is patched. When it's not the save and load functions work like they should.

and replace it with this one (this is mine, don't have completed everything yet.)

Do you mean it loads from the beginning of the scene instead of on the line you saved? That's what it does to me.

No, that is the default.
What is happening to him, is that all saved slots he did when loaded will only load the same data.

Actually i think it's what happens to me. I tried saving quite a bit further and it does load at a different point, but at the start of the scene instead of the exact line, which pisses me off.
Sry for the misunderstanding but it just seems strange for the game to load at the beginning of the scene instead of the exact line, which i think it is supposed to do. Is there some king of setting for it to load at the exact line?

No, that is the game's default.
At first i thought it was strange too, but after a time you get used to it.
