Also, sales mean nothing, as I've said before. You don't go into writing to make money, you do it because you have something to say. You don't go into movie making to get money, you do it because you have something others need to see. You don't go into video games to make money, you do it because you have experiences to share.
Im pretty sure Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, and all the other developers disagrees with you.

The winner of the console wars will be the one who rallies the most to their cause, after all the casual gamers are drug into the street and shot, successfully putting Nintendo into the gutter as they are riding a casual gamer wave.
Nintendo aren't riding shit, they created the wave of casual gamers, and if they knew it was gonna be this big Sony and Microsoft would've done the
exact same thing.
As a matter of fact, im pretty sure they're crying their asses of atm cuz they didn't think of that shit first.
Actually, if it was MS and the 360 that was the cause for this "wave of casual gamers", would you say the same thing about them as you're saying about Nintendo? With the "gutter" and all that?
Also, casual gaming could very well be the start for new hardcore gamers as they want to try out new stuff beyond Wii sports and party games.
So again, what is your problem with casual gamers?

All Nintendo's console has given us is a lazy way to do what we should be going out and doing. Go out and play tennis, bowl, play baseball or wtf ever else you do. This is the same reason I hate sports games, I would rather go out and play football than sit on my couch and sim football, which is all they are good for, determining general RL strategy.
Nintendo is being innovative, and as usual Sony and Microsoft is trying to copy what Nintendo does, there's been talk about a "Wiimote" for Ps3 or 360, can't remember which one, wouldn't surprise me if it was for both though.
Nintendo innovates/tries new things while the others follow, as usual.
Microsoft and Sony would probably still be using a D-pad on their controllers if Nintendo hadn't start using joysticks on the N64 controller.
Like the rumble function? Nintendo again.
But since this is all your personal opinion and not a fact i'll stop here.

The Xbox and PS3 have successfully brought us out of this world experiences that are truly note worthy. If the PS3 were more affordable, it would be on the same level as the Xbox , but it's not and that makes a huge difference. Also, the fact that the 360 was out a year before the others, while buggy at times, demonstrates a level of prowess as well.
The 360 and Ps3 gives you absolutely
nothing new, it's the same stuff as last generation with better graphics (If you don't count that six-axis crap that Sony had to put in cuz they wanted what Nintendo had).
They've brought us some awesome games, but if you only want the same shit with improved graphics one might as well go buy a new computer.
