who's the strongest hero in DOTA?(1v1,lvl25,no items)

I choose meepo..he is 4 heroes indeed with high damage AOE and disable skills.

based on level 25 or at the start?

I´d say Leoric, 2xlife and stunnin

bane elemental... He won't even give you a chance to move and you can never kill him... he will just always run away 100%

That is of course base on the assumtion that the heros are faced in a small room where they both fight till the last without any chance of escape.

but meepo has 4 heroes and have net,u can't kill any one of him= =

you said lvl 25 with no items... Meepo without valdimir and meka is a easy fodder even at lvl 25... even if you say he has passive quad damage and will disable your movement forever, he is still mile and any hero with a AoE attack will make mincemeat out of him...



As for leoric a lvl 25 magina or nerubian assasin can still kill him granted the player is lucky... leoric with out of mana = no resu... and no player in their right mind will go on a cage match with leoric

if item included, i will choose troll. if there's no item, axe. if you use meepo, there's 3 sec gap when using net between all meepo. if you're all strike at axe for 12 times, counter helix will activated at least 3 times, and you'll suffer 300 damage. if i can use the 3 sec gap to do ulti(instant kill if below 650 health) (meepo's life without item at level 25 approximately just 900-1000), than meepo is finished.

Edit: i'm not calculating the damage inflicted for axe. maybe Axe is finished before he could ulti, hehe

Magnataur, sven, lich, Raigor or luna could easily pwn Meepo.

why?

Magnataur: stun 4 sec and 55% splash damage
Sven: Godhand
Lich: Chain Frost
Raigor: Fissure + Echo Slam easily pwns meepo and the grunts
Luna: Eclipse?

as for the strongest, indeed, Troll warlord

eclipse at meepo will not kill them. 6 eclipse will distributed among meepo and if you lucky, it will only hit the same meepo 3 times (max 900 damage while lvl 25 meepo heve 900 ++ health. ). Luna without item basically can't do anything and be the weakest agi ever. meepo will easily crush her.

maybe but 900 + lucent beam is powerful enough to pwn one of them

also luna hits 3 targets so it's possible to pwn meepo with luna

err, can we attack while being enshared by meepo's net?

I tried with my friend,and luna defeated by net and poof alternately= =u can attack when stuck in the net,but poof can make 280*4 damage to hero,so few hero can undertake that in my opinion

I think its a rock paper scissors game....some hero always have a counter..

I believe the perfect counter for meepo would be Axe as said by symeria

4 meepo hitting = happy axe turning

If they come near and cast poof, the clever axe would notice because they need 2 second casting time and they are basicly standing without movement, axe can then cast his sucking skill....

And since meepo HP is so poor low, a few turns and a few hits would qualify for axe ulti

ranged heroes can while melees are having problem with it



that also possibilities to encounter meepo. but i think the player isnt stupid enough knowing that attacking Axe in group would fail. maybe by Poof-ing one by one till Axe becomes weak

Since I'm assuming no items mean no items, I'm gonna go with invisible heroes, such as Rikimaru or Broodmother or Clinkz. Brood will probably win in my books. Crazy lifesteal, boost damage, increase speed, slow orb, nuke. Her only problem is her low hp, but that can be mended with ult. Enchantress is also super gay if played properly. Chen with 3 centaurs anyone?

There are specific heroes built to go against another hero, I'd say meepo is probably good against brood 1 vs 1 or not. I think Leshrac may have a chance at winning tho I have no clue how large his manapool is with no items. Lanaya can dish out some serious damage but only if your enemy is semi stupid.

I can also think of many heroes that won't freaking die but won't win unless your enemy is totally suicidal. Centaur, Undying, Treant, N'aix to some extent.

1 vs 1 is stupid in my books, pretty much all str heroes can be ignored. Anyone with good slows, a nuke, and movespeed will probably win.

its strange no one has mentioned disablers like lion or rhasta

stun,attack,hex,attack,ulti and repeat if target is still alive.
well that depends if his 25 un-itemed mana pool is able to support it,but hey can always leech mana.
