I had a brief talk with the teacher about being sick, and I was able to get me and Miho excused (on the premise of her being too busy caring for me to go to school), and I hung up the phone. I went over to the table and sat down in my seat and looked at the food that was prepared. It was all of my favorite food. Rice with beef udon and soy sauce, and sashimi. I was quite surprised at the food set in front of me.
Wow. What's the occasion?
Does there have to be an occasion for me to make my brother his favorite food.
I was about to say something, but the look I got from Miho, quickly silenced anything I was going to say.
We enjoyed the meal for a bit, in peace and quiet, until I decided to tell Miho about what we'd do that day.
We are skipping school today. I already got us excused from classes., I say as casually as I could.
Miho just stares at me, in the middle of taking a bit of her food. She sets down the bowl and chopsticks and directs a very prudent question towards me.

I open up the door and take a step outside. It was really pleasant today. It was about 27 Centigrade, a lot warmer than it was yesterday. The sun was out, with very few clouds in the sky, and the birds were chirping nearby. It felt more like summer than fall. But my meditative thought was broken as Miho opened up the front door and locked it.

I laugh as Miho walks ahead of me towards the street.
It didn't take long to get to the carnival, though the silence during the whole walk there was nerve racking. We walked through the front gate, and started to walk around a bit.

The Ferris Wheel!, Miho almost shouts at me. I mean, the Ferris Wheel would be fine., Miho states with a quieter voice.
Alright., I say as I grab my sisters hand and lead her towards the Ferris Wheel.
The line for the ride wasn't too long, as we were going during school time, and during the middle of the day. We got inside of the carriage, and it started moving. I was relaxing in my seat, while Miho was pressing her face on the glass of the car, in order to see the whole carnival better.
"I want to go to the Haunted House next. No wait, I want to go to the Big Tent and see wild animals perform. Next..., Miho just continued to rant on and on.
As we reached the top of the wheel, Miho suddenly quiets down and turns towards me.
Ne, Onii-chan. Do you think we might be able to get married when I turn 18.
I nearly choked as she asked it. W-w-why are you asking such a question now? I don't think it would be allowed, seeing as we are brother and sister.
Yeah. I guess you're right. If we can't get married, then we can just be lovers and live together., Miho says as she looks at me directly and smiles. It was the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. It took my breath away as I watched her, and I could feel the blood start rushing to my face.

The rest of the ride went quietly as we descended back towards the ground.
We exited from the car as the ride came to a halt, and we walked towards the nearest bench, to decide what we were going to do. As I reached the bench, I felt a shiver down my spine, and I turn around.
Standing there was Yui, in her school uniform, staring at me and Miho. Her stare was heated and felt like it borrowed directly into your soul.
Y-yui! W-What are you doing here?
I could ask you the same thing. What are you doing here with her, and what were you two doing in the Ferris Wheel?
This felt like a really dangerous situation. Miho was remaining quiet as she stared down Yui, and Yui her. What should I do?
