Aw I took a look around my room, I saw the pile of textbooks I had left on my desk. As I see them sitting there, I sigh as I remember the upcoming exams and that I've not prepared once yet for them. Given what's occurred the past couple of days, anyone could easily forget.
I take a glance at the clock again. It was noon, which would give me about 7 hours to study, if I didn't take any breaks. That was enough time.
I sit down at my desk, and grab one of the textbooks that were stacked near the end of the desk, and get to work studying.
Some time passes, and I hear a knock on my door.
Come in.
I made some sandwiches for lunch and had extras. I thought you might be hungry, so I brought them up to you.
Thank you Miho.
It's not like these were meant for you, so don't get the wrong idea., Miho says as she walks over to me and sets the plate on top of the stack of books.
Sure., I said as I turned back to what I was studying.
I didn't hear my door open or shut again, and thought Miho had left. That was, until she spoke up behind me.
What are you studying?
History.
Oh, do you think you could help me with my history?, Miho asks, with a little bit of enthusiasm in her voice.
I guess. We can study in the living room, so we can share a table and be able to ask each other questions more readily.
Hai~., Miho said as she walked out of my room.
I mark my place in my textbook, and eat the sandwiches on the plate before I get up. I grab most of the textbooks I had, and walked downstairs to the living room. Miho was already sitting there, burying her nose into her own book. I chuckle silently a little as I sit down across from her and set down my books, and open back up my history book.
That kid, Yui, and her sister came over earlier looking for you.
Oh really? What did they need?
They wouldn't tell me.
It got awkwardly silent after that point, as we each were engrossed in our books. Miho would scoot over next to me, whenever she would have a question. I'd help her to the best of my knowledge, but it was pretty difficult. Every time she got closer to me, my mind would go blank, and it was difficult to form coherent thoughts to answer her questions.
We ended up studying until about 5pm. After which, Miho went to the kitchen to cook dinner and I laid on the couch, watching some television. Well, I really wasn't watching television, and more of watching Miho cook dinner, digesting my thoughts about my feelings for her lately. We had been really close, until she began going to middle school and hanging out with her friends more. We had grown distant, the more she grew up, but lately, she's been acting differently towards me. She started caring more about me, enough so, that she gave me her virginity.
It was weird. Before a couple days ago, I never looked at Miho like she was a woman, and more of like my kid sister. But after what she said to me, and everything we did. I feel like she's a true woman now, and I have started having feelings for her. The same goes for the other 3 people that gave their virginity to me. Ayaka, Yui, and Himea. I feel like I have to respond some how to their feelings.
Before I could go any deeper into thought, Miho called me, saying that dinner was ready. We ate in a relatively quiet mood, and finished up at different times. Miho finished first, and started doing the dishes. After I finished, I took my books back up to my room and laid down on my bed, thinking some more. Before I knew it, I had dozed off to sleep.
-----------
Miho suddenly barged into my room, rudely awakening from my sleep.
Get up! We need to go to school today!, Miho yelled at me as she pushed me out of my bed.
I got it. You don't need to yell., I say after I land on the floor.
Then get up! We got 10 minutes before we need to leave, or we'll be late!
I don't bother responding to her, as the time limit jump started my brain into a furious storm of getting ready for school. I skip brushing my teeth, and quickly comb my hair as I get dressed in 3 minutes. I grab my bag and rush down the stairs and grab a bit of bread before heading out the door. I lock the door, and catch up to Miho as she walks to school.
You couldn't bother to wake me earlier?, I say as I tear into the piece of bread.
I did. You just went right back to sleep apparently. I woke you up 30 minutes before you finally decided to get up, so don't blame me. I could have just let you sleep in and miss school.
I sigh as I push the last bit of bread into my mouth and swallow it. Today didn't feel like it was going to go so well for me.
As homeroom began, my earlier prediction was right. I had completely forgotten to bring any of my textbooks to school, and left them all sitting on my desk at home.
Aw man. What am I going to do now?, I say to myself quietly.
What are you going to do?
A) Borrow the classroom textbooks?
B) Ask Ayaka to share her textbooks?
