This is me having a nervous fit after finally seeing my work compete.

Oh sure, because I think of myself as having mental-duality, I try to cheer myself up talking to myself saying stuff like "would you *please* relax? there's nothing wrong with your entry!"
to which the antipode half would reply "but it sucks! you read the rest of them! I saw you! I saw you grin, too! you thought they were all original and special! what if they hate mine!?"
"uh... then... you can... idunno...continue with the Typemoon Lemon at last?"

Haha, i was wondering if you were going to be in this one, but i guess not =/.

And @karu, Well, i'd be lying if i said i wasn't a nervous damn wreck in the poll i was in, i was thinking about it all through the day. I think that even losing, it gives you a valuable experience. The latter. I really wish I could fluently speak so many languages, but Google Translate assisted me in taking the translation joke too far. Unfortunately, English is the only language I know fluently and the only language I know critically. I'm just not a multi-language person.

I cannot see the number of votes, but I want to dissuade from those of you who are voting based on loyalty. The point of this contest is not who is more popular, but who shows the most exemplary piece of writing in addition to the most intriguing story. I have no way of knowing if all of you actually read each of these pieces or if you just voted based on friendship (Seeing as it has only been 16 hours since this poll's been open, it's nearly obvious). I will make no accusations, but I will stress my severe disappointment if the votes are not genuine. Take your time, read the pieces, and for the love of God, type your comments to the author. In my humble opinion, feedback is a better gift than the final poll.

=/ I really thought i'd lose, but of course i'm glad i actually won. I guess i'm too hard on myself...Hell, who isnt?
All the entries are just awesome, i can't decide who to even vote for! And Dawn_of_Dark, Losing isn't the end of the world, learn from this experience and try again next time! Every loss or mistake is just a stepping stone to future success, man. Thank you all for Congratulating me =). And it looks like, the finals are going to be so damn tight! So many powerful entries who made it past the first round...And Kuro, Grammar really isn't much of an issue, if i found a really awesome story with plot and stuff, i really wouldn't care about the grammar.(maybe i would =/, but whatever) And Xenon, it would really be hard to dissuade them, because favoritism and Biasedness are all factors that are in pretty much every online poll. Sure, i would love it if people actually read and vote based on choice, if i lost due to that i accept it. Losing to favoritism would just be sad.
