It looks like he is getting bored of the sex. Previously he could hardly wait to creampie any random woman he found. Here he is content with a blowjob. Sure he fingers her for hours, adds himself to her contacts, and sends a weird message to her friend, but that is mild compared to leaving pregnant women everywhere. He also seems to be fishing for excitement. Going on TV, forcing a sibling relationship. Seems like he might grow to dislike his power. I may have mentioned the old Twilight Zone episode where a scumbag goes to heaven and gets everything he wants with no effort, then realizes he is in hell because there is no joy in not earning anything. That may be the moral the author is trying to teach. Or I could be talking out my ass. It is a smart ass.

What if he goes to the TV show and the girl he wants to have sex with that person who just so happens to have a stalker who sees this, gets jealous and shoots him on stage. That is the ending I am hoping for in the next chapter.

In order to get close enough to shoot, a stalker or jealous boyfriend
must step within the Scumbag MC's hypnotic aura (which seems to
have a fairly wide radius), and then he'll instantly lose his motivation.
In a previous chapter, the Scumbag MC encountered a young woman
who seemed to have a high degree of natural resistance to his power.
He had to work harder to control her. Eventually, he might meet a girl
who's completely immune to his power, and who has hypnotic abilities
that are even stronger than his.
And then we can all enjoy the show as she forces the Scumbag MC
to step in front of truck-kun or train-kun.

Twist ending: he gets bored of it, hypnotizes a girl to be his wife and they grow old together. The "hook" can be they have a kid and it's implied the kid has hypnosis powers too.
