Hahah, so this is basically what would happen if the Emperor and State Minister in The Emperor's New Clothes were perverts.
He's the king after all, the girls have to wear whatever uniform he prepares for them. The 'clothes fools can't see' could easily just be a lie but the minister seems to be the only one who suspected as much...But I mean, considering the fact that you can use such a thing to your advantage, why ruin it by exposing it?
