Cell animation isn't the best in my opinion. The fight between Naruto and Saskue for example was better then the usual animation for the series, and that didn't use cell animation.

hum well, in ur pic i can see some chinese written on, so tell me for exemple, does china had a huge succes in that sector even though they got tons of artist,and why?( the same question goes for any other country in the world....)

I'm actually not chinese. I'll take america as an example. It has some really good artists, but they don't take anime seriously. They take it as a kid's thing. And japan takes it seriously. That is the difference.

that's what i am taking about, kids stuff they are making(spider man for exp) mangas are only made for young generation but in japan, they can are able 2 capture attention for all ages by use some technic such as erotic comedy like i said

There are big cultural differences between America and Japan. There are very little instances where America actually creates good cartoon shows like Avatar but in most other cases, they don't because it's meant for kids so quality shouldn't be any better. Japan takes their animes very seriously so obviously they turn out better because it's meant for an older audience so therefore we expect better story line, better animation quality, better character development, and I guess the fan service wouldn't hurt.

It's remarkable because it manages to take all the awesome things about anime — creative, cohesive worlds, intricate storylines, imaginative battles—and at the same time excises the stupidest things about anime — for example, over-the-top melodrama and angst, nonsensical super-powers, and panty shots. It's a Nickelodeon show so there is some "kids humor," but the characters and themes of the show are remarkably mature and multi-sided.
People who think only japan can do it right need to take a better look at what's actually out there.

The thing is, it's not that Americans can not or will not do it, if it will make money then of course they will do it. Most amine that comes to the US is mainstream and has a large fan base in the east, which is why it comes to the US.
If you take a look, it's not just that but then Anime hits some taboo subjects when it comes to the US idealism. Angel Sanctuary for example it's main character as it starts is the reincarnation of a female angle that happens to be in love with his sister.
It deals with a lot of bureaucratic things, most "decent" anime will never see the light of day in mainstream Us because of it's content. It's not to say that it never will but the general idealist collective of the US shy's away from what is considered anime because of what little they know about it.

Creators of Code Lyoko, Avatar and Boondocks demonstrated that it is possible for countries outside of Japan to produce shows that are similar to anime. But like many people before me stated, there are a few obstacles that have to be taken care of before we see shows that posess most if not all the criteria that fit an average anime show. I think the biggest obstacle is the stereo type westerners have that animated shows are for kids.

I think that anime could be made in America.But as of now,no one has actually thought of putting it in the mainstream cause of Japan and Americas different views on whats right and wrong.
For example,religion for japan is like everyday life.They see cleaniness,politeness,and good deeds as everyday oocurences.Many americas see religion as a ticket to heaven.That if we do good things and stay away from evil or sinful things,we will go to heaven.Japan doesnt see it as that.Cause of this culture difference,it will be hard for people to accept anime in america cause of objectionable content like violence,guns,religion,demons,sex,nudity,homosexuality,and racism.Thats how come anime as of late has stopped showing on most american channels cause of most of the content shown.Look at what happened to Toonami,all the series ended and since nothing else was left but questionable series,they stopped.And let adult swim be the only tv source on CN of anime.Animation in american is dying on TV as well.Look at CN Real.The Cartoon Network will now have live action shows.Cause of this,anime may never show anywhere else but:The internet,on demand,DVDs,and late night programs.
But to answer the topic,America can create good anime,but has not done so.They have never marketed an American Anime so they have never created an anime.Avatar was close,but they did not go into more serious issues which they could of done.
Anime may never be on American Tv again if there isnt a demand for it.And most anime fans are scarred by the anime shown by 4kids and other companies,making them hesistant to accept "American Anime".
Also the fact that converting Japanese to english is a hard process for companies,so it can be easily understood.But seeing how most anime are directed to kids to teens,I doubt anime here will ever be targeted for teen to adult in the daytime.Anime here can only be on late night programs as of right now.(SyFy Ani-Monday 11:00Pm to 1:00am,and Adult Swim 12:00am to 4am.)

More violent anime and all that stuff are shown on channels like scifi or IFC, but full versioned anime with all content and sometimes in original jap form with subtitles are shown in the movie channels like Starz, HBO, and Porno channels. I've seen 2 porn channels show hentai in jap with subtitles already, and they've actually replayed it a few times because of popularity.

I do believe that this country can compete, but it is most likely not to since it is still not very popular here in the States, most people that I've talked to them about it, they tend to confuse it for children cartoons, which is not. I think when there's a decent number of people who understand what Anime is and that it can be for everyone not just kids, I think that will initially let this country compete, and create decent stuff.
