So the sniper used magic bullets and knew who both the hero and satan was. It didn't seem to me that the shots where aimed at only one of them but both of them.
looking at the pool of people from the other world that we know of (limited sample size). It's either one of the allies of the hero or satan. Now I can't see the hero's allies betraying her, but with her not back in the other world, it is possible for one of Satan's former commanders to take command. And the only thing that could really stop them is either the hero or Satan. So if both of them are dead, they could rule the other world safetly.
Also I'm also curios if there is going to be a romance going to happen between the hero and satan.[/spoil

[spoil]The Mage is a candidate on the hero's side for betrayal. Unseen face and random drop out of backing the Hero up with the portal. Also would be the most likely candidate, on the human side, to be able to open up a portal, since the Hero can reopen a portal, and the Mage seemed like the only one who could match/pass her in magic.
