[Anime] Tamako Market (KyoAni)

So KyoAni's next anime has been teased. The girl looks adorable. Looking at the people producing it I'm really looking forward to it. It's an original as well.



A commercial announced on Thursday that Kyoto Animation is producing a television anime series called Tamako Market for a January 2013 premiere.

Naoko Yamada (K-ON!) is directing, and Reiko Yoshida (K-ON!, Bakuman.) is in charge of the series scripts. Another K-ON! veteran, Yukiko Horiguchi (Lucky Star), is designing the characters.

Unlike K-ON! and Lucky Star, the new anime will have an original story not based on preexisting material. (The commercial and website's tagline reads, "Rice cakes, freshly pounded.")

The tagline itself gave me dirty thoughts about the anime. Then again, I might watch this because of the familiar artwork.

I just hope it keeps It´s original premise around half the series.

Because K-ON, kinda starts losing music starting the second season.

Other than that, I might watch it and hope for the best.

A cooking anime by KyoAni? Yes please.

Saw this at /a/ today.

gotta admit,even though the first time i saw the previous CMs for for this i thought this is gonna be another overly cute/moe anime like K-on which i'm really getting tired these days.

but after seeing this CM in Chuuni's last episode,i'm looking forward to it.
