Yeah but not on DVD - or the first movie may have JUST come out on DVD a few days ago. That means that it is still going to take a bit for it to be translated.

Honestly, it has been so long since I watched the series I'm going to have to watch it over to get what is going on in the movie.

Does everyone remember when Eden of the East of the shizznit? Jacob posted about it on the front page and everyone was wondering who the Supporter was? Where art though Eden of the East?

The first movie is out and the second is due out this summer but apperantly it either took so long everyone lost interest, or the first movie was incredibly bad.

Anyone still intrigued with this show though?

Can love save all of Japan? Sounds preposterous, not to mention irrelevant. I mean, come on! How can a guy who can't even love himself (who discards his memories like bus ticket) love someone, not to mention someone he doesn't remember.

Well, that's just one way to look at it. Another would be, to put it in no.6’s terms, the girl's “the damsel in distress” which every typical male lead is a sucker for. She may not be technically part of this whole game of shenanigans but she's not the female lead for no reason. In my own words, she is simply playing her part apart from being just a part of all this.

And to answer your rhetorical question, his mother or should I say Juiz? Just to tell you, I doubt he was even the one who actually send the message to meet up, you know, how could he possibly? He doesn't even seem the least bothered that he's not exactly sure who he was than she cared about finding him.

You don't have to, to figure he’s the impromptu-kinda-guy and in retrospect, that makes him unpredictable -- which is why he's seen as a threat by no.1 (if I were no.1, I'd probably go as far as to even talk a deranged sociopath into eliminating such competition)--if being one of the 3 supposed recipients of the grand fireworks display doesn't tell you that much.



Uh, I suggest you do what that is you have to do. Whatever can act as a distraction to prevent you from talking to your crazy self is good. Trust me.

By the way, I thought no.11 did make one awesome “supporter”. Wish I had a guardian angel just like her. Scratch that. I wish she was my guardian angel! I sure am glad the movie ended |[color=white]with her walking still amongst the living.[/color]| Must be an overstatement considering |[color=white]no.5 turned up to be alive as well[/color]| pretty much like Pants(u) did. Still, I'm surprised the series has gone soft since no.4 and honestly, I'm most displeased about it.

Well if he fell in love the first time, he should be able to fall in love again. And it doesn't seem that he got rid of his memories because he dislike himself but because it was part of his plan to "save the day".








Even if it was Juiz, she would probably only do it if our resident Air King told her to. And his nonchalant attitude is just who he is - nothing is going to shake him up, even being told his forgotten past.

The master plan to make it seem like there is a master plan when there really isn’t master plan. That sure is a helluva plan that he needs to rid himself of his memories for it to work. Funny, did he also forget that every transaction he made can be monitored by these other players?

Still, how he was able to plan that far ahead and made †˜all that’ request on such short notice when he made it very clear near the end of the TV series that he just have †˜one’ more(last) favor to ask, which was likely that of concerning his memories – if he really did plan everything himself – is beyond me... NOT!

Here's where I'm basically coming from. His request to become Japan's king was a little irresponsible on his part. He simply chose to leave everything in Juiz's capable voice(hands) without any specifics on how it’d be carried out. Say, even if the intention was to keep the others guessing, if they do know what is to be found at the end of the rainbow, all they have to do is find the quickest path to get there first before he does. I just couldn't give him credit for that lousy excuse of a not very well thought of, aka nonexistent master plan.

So as he slipped his phone into Saki’s jacket, his becoming royalty was already set in motion and his transformation has since been going on, as we have seen throughout the first movie. Simply put, it's all Juiz on autopilot. Honestly, Juiz is like the unsung hero of this series.

Also, just to note that giving him a title as such was laughable in attempt to likely mislead the most gullible of viewers into thinking that he's already king, "Air King", when clearly he still isn't. As if becoming king is something that can be realized overnight. Seriously though, from shooting down missiles with his index finger alone -- Air King?

If there's any mystery to his reason(s) for getting rid of his memories a second time, my theories are that of mostly relating to his personality. For one, it's no secret that he's really into movies. To me, he's kinda like acting out a character in one of those films he admire. (Well yeah, maybe even Dumbo.) He is like the perfect actor in this movie he's directing himself, although quite unknowingly of course. That, or something relating to becoming a just ruler.



I'm not sure I get the message you're trying to convey here but I'm gonna ask you anyway: did you actually re-watch the whole thing? I’m not exactly surprised that you would, it’s just I expected a quicker response if this is all you have to say.

Didn't know that they could actually go downhill with the story, but they actually managed to. It was a great disappointment,and the entire movie felt like an hour-and-half long Last Episode-Conclusion-Aftermath-Epilogue; no action, climax, etc, and just straightforward story-dialogue driven.

Don't get me wrong, the story is still intriguing, except it felt as if the writer just stopped writing from the beginning of the second movie and just...ended it.

And my guess is that there won't be a sequel. Like I said, it felt like an hour-and-half long story-wrapup episode.

Honestly, this series took one of the biggest nose dives of any series I've ever seen. It wasn't because it ended that badly, but because it started so good and ended in such an uninspiring way.

It seemed like the writer definetly did not think out the conclusion or where he wanted to go with the story. The premise was fine and creative, but there wasn't really anything interesting going on after midway through the season.

God and the plot holes and unresolved pieces of story... What happened to the whole supporter thing? Without that, the story lost its excitment. Without the possiblity of people dying or the fear of running out of money and facing the ire of the supporter, the tension was gone. Monobe, bad guy or just shrew politician?

And why did Mr. Outside set all this up in the first place? Nobody can say for sure (though I'm sure people have their opinions). What about his granddaughters? How much of a role did they play?


Most disappointing was how the selecao went out. The point was for them to be above the system, to perhaps kill each other off. That was how it started. But for the last three to be taken out in silly ways (including one arrested by the IRS srsly?), that was just horrible.

The series started off great but at some point it lost its way and never got back on track.

I honestly didn't start to feel a lack of interest until the second movie.
