Getting back on topic, Hirano Aya may be overworked. I suspect popular artistes very often face such a problem. Fame tends to last for a certain period of time, and if artistes do not grab the opportunity, there is a likelihood they may fade away from the limelight.

Space Craft Entertainment, the agency that has managed the career of voice actress Aya Hirano, confirmed with the music news source Natalie that she is leaving the agency as of August 20. There is no word on Hirano's activities after her departure from Space Craft Entertainment.

The official Aya Hirano fan club, Aya Dama, will cease its operations on August 20. The club already stopped processing new applications and membership renewals on July 31.

Hirano reported on her blog on Friday that she began discussions for leaving Space Craft immediately after her birthday last year. She already decided on her next agency.

As someone who doesnt follow everything that happens in japan, or reading Sankaku all that often, what exactly did she do to make everyone go RAAAAGE! ?

Trying to have a harem with her band. Basically this is like Tiger Woods all over again.

Well, for those who loves her voice, there's a possibility that she'll have a hard time getting jobs, means less and more less acting roles, and she already got banned for voicing anything new.

Comparing her to Tiger Woods is retarded. Tiger Woods is a married man. He was actually cheating on his wife, and his family. That is certainly something worthy of punishment, but Aya simply had sex with a bunch of guys who she's on good terms with and in the same band. What's wrong with that?

Also, treating Sankaku as an unbiased and accurate news source is pure stupidity. Aya's situation is nowhere as bad as reported, nor did she do much these recent years to garner or warrant the 'hate'. She has plenty of fans and will do just fine. Since Sankaku has such a 'large' reader base, many Western readers assume she is 'finished'. Sad to break it to you haters, her fans far outnumber the puny readership of Sankaku Complex.

If you actually go on 2ch you'll find that Artefact only quotes the select haters. She has far more support than what you guys think. A lot of the PR here done by Sankaku are over exaggerated, if not all.

I don't really care if Aya quits or not, mainly because she doesn't appear in any of the shows I watch, but these "fans" I hear about are most likely hikikomoris living the stereotypical otaku lifestyle fapping to lolis saying Nippa without any sexual stimulus. Its a pity but Aya, like everyone else in the world can and will make stupid decisions. Just so happens that these decisions screwed her~ Though what shocks me more is that Hiro Mizushima quit acting and became a best selling author.
