Orihime I totally agree with. Does she actually fight and beat anyone in the series? Ishida took down a captain and I think Sado took down an Arrancar. That really skinny guy that seems to be the Hercule of Bleach actually has some amount of power and could probably beat Orihime.

Personlly I think Utsumi from Good Ending is the most helpless character ever. 109 chapters of reading about him and he hasn't learned jack-shit. Honestly I feel like this guy would spend days deciding between bacon or sausage for breakfast and ultimately choose ham.
