I meant the anime version of Toradora guys. I really like it and it's on my top 5 anime to watch this season. I've just downloaded the manga version of 2 volumes... so I'll see whether it lives up to the manga or not, since everyone says the manga is better.

I wonder why so many people doesn't like Rie being the seiyu for Tiga o.O
Rie is voicing for Yuuhi Katagiri in another anime, Akaneiro ni Somaru Saka, & I believe her voice suits both characters. They had caught my attention even before release, glad to know that Rie is being active now.

Hoping for Shakugan no Shana III in future too >.<

I don't keep up with voice actors and all that and I don't read mangas. All I know is I like this anime. I'm usually more into action but the first two episodes are pretty funny so I'll be watching.

Does anyone know where I can get the rest of the light novels? Like ones that are typed out. I can read furigana just fine so I can just use my furigana inserter on firefox to read them.

(Super useful for those who can't read kanji btw)

I'm only following the link Baka-tsuki.net, and unfortunately they only have 2 volumes completely translated. Having read the first volume as well as a couple chapters in the manga, I do agree that the two episodes capped things up real quick, and maybe moreso than I would like to, but I also thought that the quick pace fit within context of the anime and not drag out each and every little antic/plan Ryuuji and Taiga make. I still feel like the anime is another well done incarnation of Toradora! and Rie Kugimiya fits her role perfectly.

Well I thought at first since this was Rie Kugimiya, I was assuming that the voice set would be similar to Louise and would kinda interfere on Taiga's actual character here.

Although when I did watch the first episode, they really nailed it down by changing the tone completely and almost made me forget that this was indeed Kugimiya. The only time you do recognize her is her screaming or 'SHUT UP' lines. Other than that, they did a fantastic job with the adaptation so far. (minus the hair styles of all the characters. most seem odd from the original)

They kind of toned down on her ridiculous faces when she's around Kitamura though.

Also, BEST AVATAR EVER.

Third episode is out, and all I can say is "Filler episode is filler".
