Getting ahead of the manga is not an issue, as there is 9 volumes of novels to catch up with.
Also, there is no such things as fillers in romantic series, atleast not those with less than 20 episodes. The characters need all time together they can get to develop a relationship, even if Ryuuji and Minori obviously not is a pairing they are aiming for, they still need to make it seem like he is making progress, as that basically is the whole plot so far.

does anybody know when the ending(MV/PV) will come out?
when i listened to it the first time i got it stuck in my head and now i want it :\

@Klorofolun: I bet it took quite a bit of cajoling... but the voice is sooooo cute! One of my reasons I love Toradora! is because of the awesome voice-acting. Can't get enough of it.
@DxTRiNiTYLiMiTxD: I love both the OP and ED. I can't wait till the music comes out for download, though I doubt MV/PV will be done. Yui Horie, according to my knowledge, has never done a PV, least not from what I can remember.

You're right spalose, but I haven't seen any recent PVs from her.k that recent makes awhole difference, yes new one r lacking but i still enjoy the old ones

I'm wondering up to where the anime will catch up to the novels. I just hope it doesn't become like the Suzumiya series where they only covered one novel. I really dig the intro and ending songs though. They really outdid themselves for those. My favourite is the opening one though where you see Minori waving her arms around and the lyrics go by really fast it just gives a great feeling to the characters.

I like her better then Taiga or Minorin.
