Ami will be popular, if she already isn't.
She is somehow supposed to show us that people who seems like nice persons not necessarily are nice, but since there really aren't good or evil characters in these shows, she just ends up slightly more complex and misunderstood than the others.
Add the fact that she is by design cuter than anyone else to make up for her 'not-really-bad' bad personality, means she ends up ahead of most characters in both departments.

I enjoy this anime very much. It does however follow the cliche storyline which 75% of anime of this genre follow.

This series is giving me a headache. Not because of what's happening in the show, just the show itself.
Four episodes come out, and everything's cool. Then, the group I was watching dropped the show. I searched for other groups doing it, and found two different groups. One of those hadn't even subbed the first four episodes, and the other released the episodes with high resolution, so I can't watch it on my ancient 800x600 screen. Then, finally, I found out that the guy from the group I liked had created his own little group to sub the show. He advertised it in his blog but gave no links to download the show. Finally, I tracked down a torrent and enjoyed episode five.
This is too much trouble. It's a good thing I don't have a life.

Same here. I just wish the guy had his own tracker. But it's no big deal, I guess, when there's Tokyo Toshokan.
And I can't say I ever had a life. Once, long ago, I could have possibly had a life, but I decided to go down the other path.

I'v never though i'd say this, but after ep6 i like Amy more than Taiga :oops:
And i love the end of episode :)

I am not sure if anyone else has already noticed and mentioned the following, but it was my sibling who brought it up:
If you are a detailed person, you would have noticed that the umbrellas used by each character in the ending theme is colour-coded exactly to that of their portraits in the opening theme.
Are the producers of Toradora trying to tell us something? :D

Nope, I noticed it too. Colors are often used to identify characters with a certain trait(s), and the color itself usually has some meaning. (But in this case, it seems like it goes by hair color than anything else.)

Episode 8 was another great episode. Ah, man. I cracked up when they were about to start the race and Taiga says to Ami "I see hair."
I had to go back and watch what happened after that because I was laughing so hard.
Also, it seems that Ami likes Ryuuji for real. I thought it'd end up that way but I didn't see any proof yet until this one. It was small but it was there.
Argh. I don't wanna wait til next week for a new episode! >_<

I've seen 5 episodes so far, and it's ok, but man does some of the characters piss me off.
Taiga = Spoiled annoying midget-bitch.
I like how she calls people useless when it's infact she who's the most useless person around.
The dude (what ever his name was again) = What an idiot, grow some balls ffs, i don't even know why he puts up with that ingrateful chibi-bitch, i would've punched her in the face a long time ago if i got that treatment.
The Parrot = What....the...fuck....

I'm really liking this anime for some reason. I can't put my finger on it but i find my self smiling through the episodes. I love the characters the OP the ED even the parrot. Ruyji is my new favorite male character for this anime season and IDK why. Taiga is :3 Also i definitely likt this anime more then ZnT. So yah its awesome. Some people won't like it but then again its the same with Lucky Star. I liked that but some people hate it. 9/10 so far.
