What was your first anime?

Oh man, now that I think about it, I think I saw at least 1 episode of Sailor Moon at one of my relatives house..use to think it was like mondo coolio becuase it was...ANIMATED...x.x

My first anime (if you can call it that) was Heavy metal, and shortly there after I watched a Japanese anime (Dragon Ball Z)

First anime? Wow, thats a bit far back. It would probably be the first DragonBall series or the first seasons of Sailor Moon ^^

Mine would be Sailor Moon and Beyblade and Pokemon and DragonBall Z
cuz i had a lot of cousins so they all watched those so i was forced to watch with them

If Iremember right, my first was Guyver, the early release, back in the late 80's, no, now I remember watching Gatchaman when I was in middle school or younger, but it had a different title.

Well, my anime watching came in three spurts, and each had its beginning:
1) G Gundam (when it aired on Cartoon Network in the states)
2) Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (just after it finished being fansubbed)
3) Rozen Maiden
The last one got me into my current state -- watching and reading as a primary hobby. :P

Dragon Ball Z was my first anime, unless you count Transformers, and then after those robots was pokemon. But Really i just called those cartoons. You tell me.

My first anime was Dragon Ball Z (English) that I used to watch on cartoon network at a friends housebut the one I really say as my first anime would be Elfen Lied, a rather really bloody anime that got me hooked into start watching more. Subbed anime
