That's all you really can do. You can't address everyone on an individual basis, that takes a lot of time. You have a website to run. Sure, you do your best to accommodate all that you can, but in your position it's best to monitor and say something and attempt to cover everything at once so you don't have to repeat yourself a million times.

forgot to ask, is there any way to figure out what we've favorited over the years? I remember in 2014 some stuff was removed and I was ok with that, but now im just left with less than 1 page of favs out of my near 20 and I can't remember a single title. I was hoping fakku would stay based. Guess I should of copied everything on a notepad file

Just a point i want to raise that many seem to forget and hopefully will help the founders of the company to make decisions, it's true that if people can pay for Netflix or crunchyroll they surely can pay for a FAKKU subscription. But get this, you're paying for Netflix, Crunchyroll, Playstation Plus, Xbox Live, nicovideo, mediafire, hostgator, steam games, those fucking quartz in Fate Grand Order etc. They all seem cheap, but all of a sudden when you total it up, just to keep your gaming and otaku lifestyle you need to pay more than a hundred dollars a month. This is without counting the specific games you want to buy for PC, playstation 3, 4 or xbone. I don't see the company being able to lower the price right now, but maybe sometime in the future FAKKU could make it less taxing on the wallet by putting up alternative plans to make it look appealing. Because right now the only choices some people have are a. Cut something out from their lifestyle to accommodate the subscription fee or ignore it and pass on it. Just putting this out there.

Your examples dont show any adult subscriptions which mean you dont know the price of official adult content. Hence you have no idea of what you are asking. If you have any idea or experience in paying for adult membership, this price is actually on the cheaper side.
Making it cheaper than it is would mean removing more content, imo. Check the prices of the magazines in japan, for starters.
Just because others are cheap doesnt mean fakku has to be cheap. The price is just right gor the content. And what you can do is simply an hour or 2 of overtime at work.

I'm not sure what you're trying to point out, when I'm not saying that the price is "wrong". I'm just trying to point out why it looks not appealing to some people. And of course I have no idea on how to run FAKKU, it's not my job to look at the market for this and thus you'll never see me demanding for them to lower the price or do it differently. I'm merely putting out suggestions on how it might look like a more preferable choice based on my point of view. And I'm sorry but, I believe i wrote on the third sentence "they all seem cheap" which I hopefully made clear includes the subscription for FAKKU so I'm not sure why you seem like you're telling me that I'm saying it's expensive. I apologize if I didn't make that clear though.
Edit: I even placed "I don't see the company being able to lower the price right now" because I know very well that they have a reason for putting it with that price and I stand from an ignorant position so i have no right to judge them for it. I have no idea how much adult sites really charge but what i have an idea of is what an average customer pays for (as I pay a lot for gaming). So let me make it clear, I'm not saying it's "expensive" or it's "wrong".

my biggest problem with paying is: as a College student I live in the same house as my friends, and we have an agreement on helping each other pay the bills, however after a few incidents were some of the parts didn't paid as they said they did, it came as a rule that by the end of the month everyone have to come with the printed expanses they had with their card (credit and debt) to confirm if everyone paid what they should. so here comes the problem: by the end of the month someone coming up with the not Fakku R$XXX,XX... so, it's not even the price, it's the fact that my expanses aren't exactly private and I'm not willing to come up as the guy paying for porn (of any kind)

Am I really reading this? No, not everyone watches everything, in the same way not everyone like everything. So a lot of content gives people option to choose and pick what they want to read. I don't watch all the series/movies/documentaries in NETFLIX, but it has some of my favorite series/movies/documentaries and has more to offer so I can browse and look for more content that may suit my liking. It gives me options to choose and a constant stream of things that may be of my liking. With small amounts of content, there is no option. Say I want to watch, I don't know hardcore YAOI. I see none of it in this page, I see the front page: Vanilla, vanilla, incest, ntr. None of them of my liking. So I choose not to pay, since this page has nothing that catters to me.

Netflix doesn't have to edit every single video they put up.
Fakku has to redraw, typeset and get approval from the author for doujin.

Some general things that have been brought up repeatedly in this topic:
The subscription is too expensive
After the added fees we have to pay for working with adult content, the price is almost identical to what it would cost you to buy these two magazines in Japan on a monthly basis. While there are cons to what we offer (mainly that you don't own the content like you would have if you bought a physical copy), I believe there are far more benefits (main ones being you get it translated, uncensored, and you get access to all back issues), so I think the price is fair.
Netflix/Crunchyroll/Etc. is cheaper and offer more content
These are all services that have been around for years and they've had time to build up massive user bases and libraries. FAKKU's subscription service has been around for 3-4 months, and it's only been a few days since we really made the big change. By comparison, Crunchyroll did this back in 2009. It's the same reason we can't compete with Amazon when it comes to the price of shipping. It would be ideal, but it's impossible to have everything from day one.
There needs to be more payment methods
This is something we're constantly looking into, but with the risk of sounding like a broken record, this takes time. For some context, we've been in talks with PayPal since before the subscription service launched in September, and we finally came to a conclusion a few weeks ago. I wish it was just a matter of approaching a company and getting a quick yes or no, but that's sadly not the case. Once again, the us working with adult content and our commitment to not censor any content complicates things.
I want an alternative to subscribing for the magazine content
The first thing we will look into is allowing users to buy individual issues of a magazine. Nothing is decided right now, but if we can do this, it would most likely be very similar to buying a book from us. Right now, it seems unlikely we would offer users to subscribe to certain artists, tags, or buy individual chapters.
1. I get all of those things for free. (We can discuss the legitimacy of piracy but I'll leave it to another day) The question is; what does this susbscription offer me than a free website can't. No ads, adblock. More content? (don't make me laugh). Better translations? (I think scanlations do quite a good job in translations). Uncernsored? (I can forgive not watching drawn penises and vaginas) So what's for me?
2. Netflix, crunchyroll and other services are cheaper and that has been their base price for a while. Sure it was slightly more expensive than now, but never as expensive as this subscription
1) the fact that you're not a pirate is one. unless you're proud to be one then there's no helping it. too bad some people, like me, look down on those things. don't worry though, pity doesn't kill. the content will come, but that's a matter of time. pretty much Netflix and crunchyroll never had their current content from the start already shows you want to argue with unfair methods, but that's fine. I never expected pirates to make neutral arguments.
edit: if Fakku joins forces with authorities, they can shut down your favorite free sites too. they would have that right. dunno if Jacob will go that far though... in which I'll think of him a little less if he doesnt. or more like take down things that exist here from other sites. hence you're "i can find it somewhere else" can become a fallacy. don't worry tho, that's probably not gonna happen to parody doujins... I think... I sure would love tho.
2) again, the assumption that Netflix/Crunchyroll should be the basis price is stupid mainly because those subs aren't adult in nature. go look for a legitimate adult site to compare sub prices. goes to show again you never paid for porn.
My dear friend, Legitimate porn sites have really high subscriptions fees, its true. Very high in fact, but let me let you into a little secret.
It only works because the same guys that owns one the "Subscription" sites also owns 3 or 4 "Free" sites. They use those sites as a platform to advertise and showcase their "paid" content as well as collect add revenue.
Also, yeah Jacob might have the legal means to shut down other similar sites, in fact that might be your saving graces. However, and i dont know what ideals Jacob had when he started fakku way back when, but it feels like if you did that, you would be pissing upon your past self. But fuck it we are a business now.
Look fakku, what your doing is a good thing, by all means you have the moral high-ground. Just dont let it go to your head its a tough process that you are going through and it will only get harder if you piss upon your fan-base.
