I'm not convinced your apology is genuine, but I'm not really bothered as it's not my circus. If you do get allowed back, awesome. Just don't be a faggog.

Going to start off by saying the following statement is in no way meant to indicate where I fall on this matter. that being said this is the internet, and these are words, the amount of "feeling" you perceive has no baring the true amount of responsibility she feels, you're basing the judgement on whether or not she's sincere entirely on your opinion of the person. For example I can say I'm sorry for x and y but there's no way in hell for you to tell just by my words alone if I really mean it. Everyone jumping on the "That didn't feel like a real apology" train is letting biased judgement cloud the issue, some people aren't adept at writing, or less adept with the English language(not saying this is the case).

Fakku does have rules, but they aren't set in stone to the point where people can't be permitted to rejoin the community after a set amount of time. Yoshii was a special case where Jake was the one who banned him and I guess he took whatever Yoshii did personally, and as you know Jacob is a special case when it comes to bans. Mantis would have been allowed back if he didn't come back and violate the rules every couple of months with a ban evasion(the exact same reason koko wasn't really permitted back). Your advice on being consistent is something I want to pay special attention to though, and it leads me to one question; why? Every case is different, and every moderator punishes differently. I see no reason to change that, people being "perma banned" lose all right to "fair treatment". I'm not saying I don't think standardized moderating would be a good idea but I don't own or run this site.

She doesn't really need your approval, like last time I'm going to do what I think is best based on my own judgement, all I ask for is your input but please don't take this is anyone begging or pleading. I would appreciate it if people back up whatever I decide in the end but it's not a requirement.

On the point of me being too forgiving: people constantly accuse me of being too harsh, too quick to ban, too much of an intractable dick when it comes to handing out punishment but the second it starts up about a user you guys don't like everyone accuses me of being a care-bear; make up your minds you fickle assholes.

so yes, I was somewhere in the original crash. the one where koko just lashed out in any direction. So as far as I remember, Koko encouraged a few people with the words along "Stay Strong" but another group of people, If I remember corectly around Sam Ravester and Asphodel were throwing the phrase around a lot, which pissed koko off. and so a downwards spiral started. the reports for Harrasment in PMs more lashings and people just pouring more oil into that fire.

Then the Alts came. some more obvious (Koko9) some less (brock) but in the first instances they were to fuck with people. but the later ones were to just be part of it all again. I dont really know if her later Alts were reported for reasons other than being alts, but from what I have seen, she tried to be part of the community again.
Yes, we clashed, and we clashed hard. as in I was out of the blue called names, got insulted and was blocked. But a good year later, we met again in a group chat. a talk has been had, we recocieled and since ten, no bad words have been had.
So yeah, I believe that she either got tired of the hard trolling or she has actually learned her lesson. SHots have been fired from both sides and from what I have caught, will be continued to be fired, which is just as childish as the initial trolling attempts.

I am not referencing "Operation Kokopuffs" here, because that was really low.

tldr: I think koko changed at least a little. so much that she should get another chance.

I have to say, that what you're saying is wrong. I'm not perceiving it as insincere, because of my personal feelings for the accused, I'm saying it, because it's plainly obvious in how she has replied in the thread, how she acts, and this is also going off previous accounts, where the same half assed replies were had, and it shows.
Whilst she is dumb in my opinion, yes. She is smart enough to know what she is doing here, and how to word her 'apologies' and what not, and get the slap on the wrist for the fifth time.
Have you ever considered, that the train is actually people who can read bullshit? She's not less adept with the english langauge, so that doesn't apply. She knows full well what she's doing. She doesn't know how to apologies, and actually realise what she did was wrong, and take it as a lesson to better herself. I know this, as I have witnessed most of the threads about this, her actions, then the actions that follow (which all follow what she was banned for the previous time), and then coming into the chat, and bragging about it. She knows she can get to you, and get unbanned occasionally, if she says please enough times.




But, if they aren't set in stone, why use them for one person, and not for the other?
The yoshii case is fair enough in that aspect, as jake.
But, I want to have a look at the mantis case, and why it is so different from the koko case. Mantis came back a few times, and did nothing bad (as did koko, albiet she ended up doing what she normally does after some time), he also asked to come back at one stage, and you said no, shortly after, you let koko back in, after she did more or less, the same thing. Bar the fact mantis necro'd things (which isn't against the rules now) and koko made billions of alts, and came in to abuse you, and everyone else, because she's childish.
So, from where I'm sitting, mantis seems like an angel on the scale of the rule book, compared to koko. But, the rules aren't solid, apparently. Of course moderators take action differently. Everything is subjective. It's subjective on to what point something is considered breaking the rules. You'd get some who ban for just the slightest instance, others who are far more forgiving (like you) in regards to bullshit. As, you enjoy the shit that happens in ib, as it gives us something to do, more or less. That, and from memory, you enjoy a good argument.
As for the those who get 'perma banned' losing all rights to be treated fairly... Why is koko getting treated fairly every time then? Gets banned, breaks more rules to call you and jake cunts, comes back, and then gets banned again, then comes back, and wants to stay on the forums for realsies after being found out, and you decide to see what the public opinion is (which, is more or less giving them a fair judgement), this time, similar deal, you're looking to be persuaded either way, so you can be pushed further to one side on whether to keep banning her, and put up with this bullshit many more times, or just let her run free, and do the same things again, as she does, which is more than likely going to get her banned, and then the cycle will start again anyway, as the previous time showed.



I'm not saying this is my approval, this is my opinion on the matter. My opinion that this happens every time, and it's just getting to the point of 'If we're banned, we should be able to make alts, make a few hate threads, make a new account, pretend to be another newbie, and when found out, beg to stay'
Honestly feel I should go get mantis, and tell him to just get his account to send you a message and say 'Hey, I would like to come back to the forums' If he has an alt, you can't say 'no, that's breaking the rules' after just considering top kok even remotely all these times, who did the exact same thing. THAT would be wildly inconsistent, and would require assessing of the situation either between you and top kok, or something else.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to convince you either way as such, I'm just trying to point out what I've seen, understand what is happening here, and try to get my point across, that it will just keep happening in a nice circle, unless you do something about it, or top kok actually grows up.
I'll back you up with your decision, I may not fully approve of it if you do the same, but, not much I can do either way. No point starting a revolution, as you're not a retarded mod (not saying the ones here are, just saying, it's hard to not get people overly power hungry. I have yet to see you being seriously harsh, or too quick to ban. You don't ban people unless they blatantly break the rules (as with your post in the whole solidsnake new alt case) or piss you off to the point of wanting to ban them (which is fair enough). I've poked fun at you for being banned once before for quote pyramids, shit happens. I haven't been under the impression you are too harsh, too quick to ban, too much of a dick at all. I don't think many people are, unless they are breaking rules blatantly, and in a position to get banned. Think of it like this; You drive a nice car, and get pulled over. You're nice to the policeman, he's nice to you, he lets you go. Your 'friend' zooms passed, gets pulled over, policeman ask if he knows why he's been pulled over, he replies 'YOU'RE JUST OUT TO FUCKING GET US, YA PIG CUNTS', the policeman sighs, decides to inspect the car, and finds many defectable things. Meanwhile, the driver is throwing constant abuse at him. Now, being in that position, the policeman is sick of his shit, and throws him a fairly big fine, because he is being a douche. Later on, same dude does a burnout, blasts down the road at twice the speed limit, gets pulled over again, same deal.
They get back, and have stories about how the police are massive cunts, and they did nothing wrong.
It's only those who are in the wrong that feel wronged by those in position 80% of the time. The rest is special cases of which those in power ARE actually power hungry, and decide to abuse their power for the sake of it (For example, defecting stock cars)
You may not have defects over in canada though, so that example may be a little questionable in your eyes, but the second part works.

Again, you have been given far too many chances, each time you break the rules billions of times, then somehow waltz in, and manage to get another chance. That 100% appears as 'batting eyelashes'

The fact is, you coming back causes drama. You cause drama where ever you go, because when you try to join in on the 'fun', you end up getting mad, and then decide to abuse people, and rage, and in the case of the forums, break more rules.

Again, you have made a thread, or apology like this each time, and none of them show a genuine apology. They show insincere words, and you have not once fully admitted to doing anything wrong, nor have you actually apologised. Somebody brought up your wrong use of words, you acknowledged it, but did nothing to fix it. Only said the words, not fully apologised for your actions. Responding to somebody saying 'if I have made mistakes' to say 'I'm sorry for wronging you' is not making the apology valid. Especially to follow it up with 'omg omg, it's like i'm not serious' which pretty much makes the 'apology' moot, as you're making it a joke.
You have not had realisation of your mistakes from what I've seen, your apology has no merit of actually apologising to anybody bar the mods. And again, you made a post like this last time, with the same wording, 'if I have broken rules' and then went on to break them again.
