on a side note, I'm probably not that up to par for plot analysis since I don't really read stories much.
I would actually really enjoy seeing you write up some heavy descriptive scenes based on your Scenery of Tranquil Places series. I think a lot of people would love that.
Anyway, we could go down the route of separate people writing different routes. That was how Katawa Shoujo was done, and it was done well, and thoroughly. This won't even come close to that, naturally, but it's a reliable method and I wouldn't mind writing a route as well as doing proofreading.
We need to make some key decisions: Is our main character seen or referred to as the player? That will make an incredible difference to how it is written. Every character might be a love interest to the player, and that might result in both hetero and homosexual love interests, which would be nice, but also clumsy. It's also more complex.
If the main character is seen and their character is extrapolated on, what kind of person would they be? The more they have assigned to them, the less like a VN and more like a book or story it becomes.
If we combine aspects from our V-day entries and have love-interest characters based on the focal characters, it would be wise to do a female main character because of the number of male leads in these stories. This probably won't work out, but it's an idea to consider.
