I really apologize for the delay. Things have been quite hectic for me in the recent days, I barely have enough time to work or focus at it. Therefore, I apologize again if the results failed to satisfy your expectations.

The longer I think about it, the less I can come up with a comprehensive guide for this game... it really is mostly trial and error, or way too many combinations to effectively cover. Really, the only important parts are (which I didn't find in any description):

Keyboard key "E" - Stop time at the expense of your HP. Projectiles stop but melee weapons will hit normally. When you walk into a bullet or enemy, you still take damage, take pushback and enter invulnerable mode (blinking) for around 1.5 seconds.

Kill Lily White, signaled by a sound whenever one or several appear - She gives you the P at the end of the stage, 1 for each Lily White (up to 3).

That covers the bits that are not instantly comprehensible from the game, unless you can read Japanese. I just started playing and didn't notice until Stage 12, up to which point I had made do with the broom alone.

What Jenkins do you know? Did he split into pieces or something? The only one I know is the one that lives the netherworld under a bridge. Rolling in Yukari doujin's for all to see....

The Jenkins I know is a nice, good man. He's thoughtful and compassionate. He's a good leader, and he works really hard.
