Main things I do to lose weight: Exercise, drink water and simply eat less.
Additionals that I always do:
- As much as possible, use the stairs.
- Keep rice to a minimum.
- Try vegetable salads with olive/coconut oil.
- Minimalize sodas and alcohol - try fruit shakes and natural juice drinks.
- Try to have the 3/4 rule in eating fatty foods: Estimate your eating capacity then slash approximately 1/4 of it.
