Aliens visiting Earth has always been a topic of great debate, and to be honest, I personally believe that they have.
The idea that we're the only intelligent life froms in the universe, let alone the galaxy is to far fetched to believe.
Now, as for aliens assisting, and even teach/guiding ancient human civilizations is a grey area.
There are some pieces of evidence that suggest that there must have been some greater power involved with what has been created. One of the more compelling pieces large stones weighing in excess of 800 tonnes being moved hundred of miles from their quarry site to their resting place suggests some sort of other worldly involvement, especially when the most powerful modern cranes can only lift at most 400 tonnes (and strain to do so).
Some of the evidence that the show highlights does start making you think, while others they admit to being stories being passed down for generations, and aslways, the stories would most likely be tweaked and retold over the years that they would inevitably change to what they are now.
I personally believe that aliens have visited earth and continue to do so. But until we have that one piece of evidence that is irrefutable as too proving the exsistance or not of ancient aliens, then it will continue to be a grey area of discussion that will keep people talking and theorising for years.

Even though the show seems stupid, it is still amusing in its own way. Some stuffs on like how the early people moved gigantic stones and cut and shape it precisely made me somewhat think if we really had help from "Aliens".

It's interesting, but it's utter bullshit. I don't believe in Ancient Aliens because there isn't much legitimate proof of their existence. In fact, a majority of the "proof" given in the show is merely the absence of knowing what kind of tools came in between more and less advanced ones, and so on and so forth.

Being alone in the universe is somehow sad that why people want alien to exist...then again, it would deny the existence of dinosaur since we didn't know such life form exist if we hadn't found their remain.
If the science and history people said human come from bacteria or an asteroid,then there is possibly another life form exist in the other world but not all of them are smart, depending how they evolve.
If I have to say did Alien live or visit the earth, I just say 'no' since the possibility of such high-tech machine couldn't exist for now and they (or we are) be really lucky if they pass planet Earth among the other planets.
If only there is an increase in the space program or something that could send historian or geologist to space or nearby planet like Mars and Jupiter to see if there was civilization on that planet, then I am going to say alien did live on Earth.

Watched one of those a while ago, it was fairly good till they started saying the obelisks in egypt were ancient power generator's.... i am still a skeptic on this issue though.
