I don't think it's the same for men and women, I mean, I think for a guy, giving a girl head is sort of an ego thing. As in, we like that we can make a woman feel good. Men are mostly concerned with themselves when it comes to sex, because our end is the end that matters in reproduction, so it's an animal instict thing. I think it COULD be similar for a female, it makes her feel like she's awesome because she makes a guy feel good, but I would think it's posably more personal, like she want's to make a particular man feel good. But, this is speculation, I'm not a woman.

That's actually pretty common for girls if they have detachable shower heads. I used to use mine before I got a vibrator.
