That's not neccessarily true. Not all women can have an orgasm by anal stimulation. It is considered an erogenous zone, but women have several of those. Depending on how you are classifying "kinds of orgasms" three is either too high or too low. If you classify by how many erogenous zones can be stimulated to lead to orgasm, it would be more, if you classify by the phsyiological proccess of a orgasm, then it would be only one or two.
It is possible for both men and women to have orgasms by way of anal stimulation, but it is something that varies from person to person.
