Should cigarettes/tobacco be illegal?

I'm a smoker so i cause you bad health effects ?

If the smoke emitted from your cigarette/cigar/pipe gets into the oxygen that I breathe, than yes.

So if you banned cigarrettes from public buildings it would be alright then ?

I generally support any given opportunities for people to kill themselves, but... get that smoke out of my face. Tobacco should stay legal, but I would like the ability to apply brutal self-defense in case someone exhales smoke into my general direction.

Hmm, I honestly don't mind one way or another. Among everything else consumable , exploitable in the world that's just one mine out of the field. People that smoke are usually well aware of what they are putting into their bodies.Everyone knows what they are doing before they do it. It's not like 40+ years from when they start smoking they see how bad it is , regret it and go crazy. People know , or at least expect what's going to happen. So no,outside of money. Let people do what they like.
