Also, it makes sense that the new character would appear weak. We know nothing of his background yet, but he comes off as an Average Joe type of character, whereas both Lyner and Croix were knights who had training to raise their strength.

First thought was nudity like in bayonetta, I was disappointed. But however I still have hope.

So that's why people talk so much about Bayonetta....figures. Anyways I just laughed my as off when I first read this and I just thought I'd add something to here. Also I into girls with short hair so I guess that good of me...I guess.

I want this game now. Is it out yet?It was just recently announced in Japan, doubt this will come out anytime soon. Would expect a minimum of 6 months before releasing in Japan and over a year for a US release.
As usual looking forward to it and probably my main reason to get a ps3 whenever this comes out in US.

Saw the preview vid on Youtube a few weeks ago, so far the characters aren't really appealing to me. But the fact the the girls have to take their clothes off to save the world is swaying my decision towards buying a PS3. I'm really looking forward to what this new Dive system has to offer, and the song system aswell.

It won't be out anywhere else for a while but it's currently planned to be released in Japan at the end of January.

No you don't have to play the previous games to understand the story; however, it would be nice to play the previous games to get a feel of the game's play and style. I love the previous ones though I do need to complete AT2, wonder if AT3 will have a different gameplay to it like AT2 changed from AT1.
Another note: seriously? the end of January? that seems to soon after only a teaser and a trailer just came out. At least IMO, though I need to check out that trailer. Also music from the series are always good if not the best I heard from most games.
