NOTE: I have Vista and I have read the previous I think its 293 post
I think its a problem with how i'm installing the patch (Its the anti-fail one).
After running the "AntiFail Installation" .bat file the game remains untranslated;
though I only played up to the point where i see some guy (not the main character) in
a school uniform in a classroom (refer to screenshot 1) but that seems pretty far
for everything to be untranslated.
I've run the .bat file normally and as administrator.
when i ran it normally i read some of the stuff and saw some "Access Denied" crap and
what seem to be a bunch of errors (refer to screenshots 2 and 3) but running it as
an administrator doesn't seem to have changed anything other than the installation
becoming very short relative to running it normally.
Also It doesn't seem to make a difference on my answer when it ask me about a "npa_backup" folder.

The answer is probably staring at me right now but i have no clue what to do I think i've spent about as much time on this as i did completing Saya no Uta (not including the time spent during my last attempt at this) and i feel like i'm either going to go insane or lose all motivation to play Chaos;Head :(
well this post may be late but, this could easily be solved my just disabling user account control.
1) go to control panel
2) search user account control
3) turn it off
4) restart your computer
you can turn this back on if you want after the patch.
