Hi guys, I recently read the Saya no Uta VN and I must say, that was quite a captivating read :D Right now, I'm considering reading this but my memories of the anime adaptation really puts me off. I absolutely hated the main character and the plot in general :S Do you think I should still give the VN a shot though?

The VN is massively superior to the anime, but as sucky as it is the main character is still one of the biggest emo-fags in history, even more so in the VN i'd say.
So if you can put up with his bullshit your in for an awesome ride, but seeing as how you've already watched the shitty anime adaption you've already got most of the plot spoiled for you unfortunatly.

okay call me a troll bbut i cant seem to install the english patch properly for some unknown reason ive been working on this 4 an hour already

im using vista and my user account thing is turned off this is after the patch

the game shows the warning in english but i cant see the main menu after the warning and i need to do task manager to get rid of the game because the close button is missing?

but when i put the unrared cg file in there every thing goes back 2 normal but the game is in jap again

Can someone please tell me how to install this game in more detailed process?
I can't seem to find noDVD crack? where is it?

Note : It seems the problem is in my Windows 7. Install it in XP and then copy it to my Windows 7. At last,it works.

I downloaded it from klown's link but it request some cd-key.If anyone knows where i can find them I'll appreciate it :smile:

EDIT:NVM found them just did a lot of reading lol

the game stays japanese even though i applied the patch, can anyone help?
and yes, win is running on japanese non-unicode settings

edit: it works now, i unzipped the text files manually... hope it wont crash later on...

edit2: yes, the patch failed bcause of friggin Vista >.<, fixed and works perfectly now

Well its ok , whats important is the story and i enjoy non-H from time to time.
I've been following the fakku recomends top 10 post so i did ever-17 and clannad no problem so this is the last stop for me.

This is a good game if a little disturbing, Kinda sad how much the Main char likes his doll so much and lives in a storage crate but whatever.

I can't get past the prologue(a guy and a girl talking @ a wrecked place), the screen goes blank and I can hear the sound on the background but it continues like that blank like it's frozen.... =(
