Clannad Full Voice

Hmmm... How is this compared to the anime? I head that some (OK, MOST) of the anime based on VNs pale in comparison to the VNs... So does this also apply to Clannad, as well as Kanon?Or are they just as good?

Sidenote: I know I've asked the same question here, But I just wanna make sure since I plan on DLing this before F/SN.

THE VN IS GREAT~~~ and THE ANIME FROM KEY IS ALWAYS GREAT.

They don't make any force "merging", and it will always make us cry the same way even though we watched it or play it.

Exception for Tomoyo after, it needs a proper anime... not a 24 minute OVA

With you on this one.They only showed an "IF" situation and the one's that only played the game could have followed why tomoyo had and alternate ending.

Thats weird. I don't have to have my disc loaded to play. Also, whats up with your file paths? It should look something like this

To fix having to have the clannad cd mounted all the time to play, try extracting the translation files to the folder with the reallive.exe again making sure you overwrite everything it asks to. If that doesn't work, run this patch in the same folder with reallive.exe.

Apparently the OP was terrible quality and the sound was 5 seconds off. I have replaced that with a much better quality one.

Q: Will these translation files work with the older 2004 version?
A: Nope! If you try to load the older game with these translation files you'll get multiple error dialog boxes at the beginning and it won't load to the main screen.

so i know i had original hard to install version a while back but i removed it to make room for some other things now since i added another hard drive i decided to re-install this version but im getting the error mentioned above is there a way to fix that. if so plz PM with answer or post it here TY for anyone who helps

Question, VN or Anime first? does one spoils the other too much?

EDIT: +REP added... because some things MUST be done!

They both have the same story but the VN has more depth to it. I would do the VN first because then you will see some little cameos or subtle events and go "OOOH that was in the VN!" that the person who didn't play the VN would miss.

Nah, the anime reveals too much and the game got more laughs so I would choose the game, and you can get the game here right now!!! I had to search a lot of shops to find Clannad After Story anime, T.T

Some parts in the anime are also a little odd without a little knowledge of the VN
