NEW: Support this project on Kickstarter (will be translated and made available on steam) -This game is translated- This is an updated version of the original 2004 game (this came out in 2008) which adds official Vista support, voices, higher resolution (From 640x480 to 800x600), and a few new CGs. This has been translated just like the original version and even the menus and graphics have been translated. Also included are translation notes within the game (see anpan screenshot below). It also has the ability to allow you to choose any font you have installed on your system (I suggest Segoe UI). The translation of this is an updated version done by the same people for the original version of the game. This game works with any Windows NT Operating System (2000, XP, Vista, 7, etc.) Description: Tomoya Okazaki is a third year high school student resentful of his life. His mother passed away from a car accident when he was younger, causing his father to resort to alcohol and gambling. This results in fights between the two until Tomoya's shoulder is injured in a fight. Since then, Tomoya has had distant relationships with his father, causing him to become a delinquent over time. While on a walk to school, he meets a strange girl named Nagisa Furukawa who is a year older, but is repeating due to illness. Due to this, she is often alone as most of her friends have moved on. The two begin hanging out and slowly, as time goes by, Tomoya finds his life shifting in a new direction. Screenshots:Spoiler: Download Folder : Mega Password: fakku You will also need these if you don't already have them installed: Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Microsoft DirectX Or you can use this torrent which includes everything Installation: 1.) Download all the files in the folder or use the torrent. If you used the torrent it includes an installer which you run and it does everything for you and you are done. If you want to use the latest translation with the torrent proceed to step 4. Those of you who used the direct download read on. 2.) Open the .7z.001 file using 7zip. When asked for a password use the word "fakku" without quotes. Extract the .ISO file anywhere you want. 3.) Mount the .ISO (or .bin if you used torrent) with Daemon Tools Lite or any other virtual drive software and install using the autorun_rlsmm.exe. (bottom left button is OK, bottom right is cancel.) 4.) Download and extract the contents of the Translation Files to the Clannad_FV folder in its default location of C:\Key or where you specified to install it and then overwrite any files that it asks. 5.) Enjoy. Install size: 4 Gigs. FAQ: Q: Is this an H-game? A: No. The only H Clannad that I know of is Tomoyo After. Q: Will my save data from the older game work with this one? A: Not really. It will save most of the images and about the same amount of songs but in order to get the lost music and images back your going to have to replay the entire game. Q: Will these translation files work with the older 2004 version? A: Nope! But if you go to Doki's site you can find them there. Q: I don't see the translator notes like in the 3rd screenshot! A: The torrent has a slightly different version of translator notes. If you used the DDL and can't see them make sure you have Visual C++ installed. Also you have to click the word for them to pop up. Q: Walkthrough? A: For a quick one try this. There is also a "300 hour" guide which will get absolutely everything. Available here. The translation files included are Doki's 20120607 with a no-dvd cracked .exe added. You may PM me or reply to this thread if you have any problems or questions. Clannad really don't have any H-scenes. But the fact remains that it's one of the best VN ever.

Problem was winace crashed after extracting iso and even though bit count was the same it was installed incorrectly...

1. jap locale.

2. mount the iso.

3. install.

4. download SEEN and NoDVD patch.

5. run nodvd patch from inside the clannad folder.

6. extract the SEEN FV file, and dump everything in the main Clannad directory. Make sure you back up the original files first, in case anything goes wrong.

7. enjoy.

After a couple of days playing, my AVG would suddenly pick up Malware coming from the REALLIVE.exe

Not saying it's a problem or anything, but is there any better alternative instead of downloading it again? Or even why it picks up Malware after a couple of days?

EDIT: I'm just going to call it a false positive

EDIT2: I'm not sure anymore D:

EDIT3: What I really want to know is that does the untouched REALLIVE.exe give off anything? Can anyone test it for me and if it doesn't, could that person upload the REALLIVE.exe?

One of those said their own heuristics was paranoid and the other one I'm not sure what it means. But Nod32, Kaspersky, and AVG all say its fine and those are about the only big names on your list of scanners.

You'll also notice some other VN's do this exact same thing and trigger your antivirus when there's really nothing there.

Yea I use it without japanese locale. Look at the screenshot provided to change the shortcut to point it correctly.

What are the new CGs in Clannad Full Voice? I've never played the original so i don't know and where can i get the OST?

To find out the new CGs I recommend playing the game =) It'd be a spoiler if I told you. There is a post in the Music and Soundtracks forum for the OST but the links are dead. There's quite a few OSTs of Clannad at www.bakabt.com though.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU Nachbar!!! the installation couldn't have been easier :) although i did run into a little error when i first installed it(15 min ago) and couldn't find the cause because of the Japanese characters but it wasn't anything that a reinstall couldn't fix :P.I had to get this game (heard everywhere it's epic) and I've also downloaded the complete anime series + movie but I'm going to play the game first cause I've read it's better that way. right? Again thanks :)
