I've just finished the translated ones... MuvLuv Alternative is probably one of the best things Japan has ever made.

MEH =.=, MARIA OZAWA is the best thing ever made from JAPAN.

So uh I'm having a weird issue where I can't play Unlimited at all. I've cleared Sumika and Meiya so I've unlocked it, but when I click "Start Unlimited" a message pops up asking me (I think) to insert the DVD or something for Unlimited, except nothing I've tried works. I tried mounting the file from the Unlimited Folder but that doesn't do anything, I tried maybe copying it to different locations in the main game folder but that didn't work either.

I did have some odd errors when first installing the game, but after I installed the English patch everything ran fine. Well at least all of EXTRA ran fine

Can anyone pls tell me how can I keep Alternative from crashing? It crashes everytime Isumi re-introduces takeru to the team and I already reinstalled the game TWICE! Please help T_T

Yes, the decisions you have only change some scenes in the game but nothing gamebreaking. If you choose Meiya all the time, you'll get a scene at the end of the game with her. The other characters will "just" leave a letter for you. Nevertheless, the letters are quite interesting.

So, the only H-scene is with HER only? HER refer to K.S.

Still having trouble with this game. Is there anyone who could try and upload a save that is just right after the OP? I wanna see if the OP is the problem.

Yeah so anyone who saw my last post? just ignore it. After MUCH MUCH trouble shooting and issues and discussing solutions with a friend I FINALLY discovered exactly what issues I was having and how to fix them.

It seems to work fine. The exstra OP must have caused the problem for some reason.

Uh, I'd like to request some help here.

I downloaded MuvLuv and installed it, applied the NoDVD and the English translation patches and they worked, and the game seems to work fine (then again, I barely started).

HOWEVER.

If I read correctly, MuvLuv has two scenarios, Extra and Unlimited. I did find two files (one CCD, one ISO)named Extra and Unlimited in the folder i got from the downloaded .rar that I took from here, and I installed the game using the Extra (.ccd) file. Did I do something wrong? Or will the game automatically ask me to mount the Unlimited file when I unlock it through playing Extra?

Also, could someone provide working links for a walkthrough for both MuvLuv (Extra & Unlimited) and MuvLuv Alternative? I'd appreciate it.

Well if it works how I think it does, then yes once you unlocked Unlimited by completing Meiya and Sumika's routes (though you should save one of them for last, special scenes unlock in Unlimited by doing the other girls routes) then it should ask you to insert the disk for Unlimited.

Personally I used this http://www.mediafire.com/?5fbn6jjx5b4noo9 for installing the game since it directly installs the English patch and the game itself at the same time and asks you for both disks for Extra and Unlimited during the installation.

As for a Walkthrough? well the English patch SHOULD come with an option to install one, or at least the one I linked earlier did.

The patch you provided is the same I had before (downloaded from Amaterasu) which didn't act as an installer for me (I still had to manually install the game by mounting the .ccd, then apply the NoDVD, and finally install the patch). Also, it doesn't provide any walkthrough, so my request for one still stands. By the way, does Alternative even require a walkthrough? I'm a bit confused here, sorry.

I also tried to mount Unlimited, but given that it simply asked me if I wanted to open the folder, I guess Raizen was right in his statement.

EDIT: Ok, I was a n00b so I didn't notice that the walkthrough for MuvLuv was actually inside the game's folder =ç=. That solves one problem.

perhaps it's not latest patch? try check amaterasu web. also, did you run the installer AFTER mounting the cd? (don't do anything after the mounting)
