Everything Muv Luv

I have no problems with the install, however when I try to use the No-DVD crack or just run Extra, my Norton (yes I use it) gives me a Trojan warning from either one of Extra files or the No-DVD thing. Is it just my security just being too hardass due to how these things work, or did something happened to the files?

I think it's the former, but I would like to stay on the safe side, just in case.

Is it normal they say the translation is finished but they still don't put the patch up in the download section?

There is editing, and then there is patch making and testing. But it will be soon, very soon.

Ah, since they don't keep track of that publicly I just assumed they included it somewhere in the translation percentages.

Finally Ixrec cleared the two main obstacles that cause Muv Luv to be a translator repellent. Alternative go go go

anyone having problems installing from the full patch? I mounted the extra cd and ran the installer patch and when it prompts me to enter the 2nd cd it doesn't accept either the unlimited or extra cd when I mounted them. I thought maybe I had a bad image so I redownloaded them but still have the same problem.

Their installers seem to be quite flexible, try installing the patch over an normally installed game.

(there's another person with the same error as you in page 6, and claimed it fixed by using another emulator which iunno what he's talking about, but that means your copy of the game should be fine.)

I actually got both versions of them, and frowned after finding out that I downloaded 2GB extra for 7 different high resolution variations of this and tons of other meaningless stuff that is obviously fillers that nobody wants to know and seen them on youtube long ago already.

Honestly the only thing to play is the prologue of The Day After-episode 0. The other two short stories(emphasize on short) are about 30minute read each, one slightly longer, and finally a meaningless H-short read with Beta-ko.

Bug spraying.

TO the people who have had trouble with anti-virus stuff getting in the way... how do you deal with it? I'm pretty sure that AVG is cockblocking my install- but I can't find any way to temporarily disable it, and if I try to kill it there are 6+ avg processes that reinitialize each other before they're all closed.

Maybe start up in safe mode and try to install that way? Does daemontools even work in safe mode?

Just for the record, this is the error I'm getting. You can obviously see that I'm in JP locale.

I believe I had the same problem posted in a earlier post about I also have avg what I did since I couldn't disable it I uninstalled it and reinstalled after I installed muv-luv(not entirely sure been a long time)

So I got it working, through a nice roundabout method. First off... using safe mode doesn't work. It alleviates the anti-virus stuff, but you're screwed for lack of drive support.

I ended up just installing winxp on a virtual machine... and without any antivirus installed. The joys of having hundreds of gigs on a new HD that I have no idea what I'll do with.
