Try playing Rush in Battlefield 3 when your entire squad would rather go sniping than help you defend the MCOM station, which is currently under siege by at least a dozen enemy soldiers and an amtrac.
Reason why I didnt get Battlefield 3. Well it's mostly that it didnt catch on to me. I was a Counter Strike player as I grew up. I found COD closer to it. Also, if its online with my friends, I gotz Black Ops Zombies for that. Since we all have different tastes for online multiplayer. SOme are BF3 fanatics while some are COD and some hang on to Halo.
I agree with you on that. Without any teamwork, Battlefield 3 can also become one of the most frustrating multiplayer experiences out there. I don't have anything against COD or Halo, it's just that they don't seem to push teamwork nearly as much as Battlefield does, which just makes the latter even more frustrating when people still choose to ignore their team regardless.
As you could probably guess, I take the game's community into account for online multiplayer. I used to love playing AvP until it got flooded by little kids and all my college level comrades bailed on it. Similarly, Halo and COD, while great games in their own right, have a bad history of attracting a lot of assholes and annoying players in general.
