They're all fully translated, there are just some technical issues when you go through Ran's route.

That's one of the bugs that came with the patch.

Meh, you can easily fix it, I figured it out because I r smartorz.
Remove the patch.xp3 from the folder (move it it to another folder) and start the game in japanese, skip till you get to the next scene and save, then put the patch.xp3 again and enjoy
