Well I would post a screen of this but I already uninstalled after I finished the game. Did you make sure to open the reg file? It ask you if you are sure you want to do this and all that. And yes there is a search function. It is ctrl+f.

I did the search function but still didn't find Borland. I opened the regedit and got to the part Software, but don't see Borland under it.

This is probably a stupid question, but what is the reg file you talking about?

EDIT: lol, nvm I found it like 3 minutes later. Was expecting it to be called reg.file or something...
Anyway ty for the help, +rep. Seems to work fine now, hope I don't have the crash problem like some people here.

I did all that and it still isn't working. The place where the file should be has two files there. One is labeled "default"

Should I delete this?

Make sure you are running SR_qc.exe not SR.exe

I'm sure I running the right file. I'm also sure that I have set my computer to run in a Japanese setting.

Are you running it from your start menu? I was at first and then saw it was pointing to the wrong .exe and that's why I wasn't getting any text.

i'm positive. If I run the orginal I can see text in japanese. If I run the patched one I see nothing.

great game, still working hard on Fal Song.

oh about the text won't show up, there should be a SR.reg on your game folder, double click it, there should be some kind of message from windows, press OK.
It's done, and the text should be visible now...

Are you literally renaming the file? Because if you double click the file in Locales on windows 7 you can only change the value not the actual name. To do that you should right click the file and go down to rename and post the file location there.


EDIT:I had a couple problems with the text and experimented. Actually renaming the file doesn't seem to do squat on windows 7. It's amazingly stubborn. As soon as I moved the whole file directory over to the actual location the registry file said it was in, it started working. The default location is C:\Program Files\KOGADO\SRTE\SR_qc.exe so make sure the folder is located in C:\program files and not C:\Program Files(86) .

what i can recommend to you in your search for the download link is prolly using the ctrl+f combination of buttons which brings up a text bar for you to input the text you are trying to search for.

notice the fullstop/period (.) from the sentence i bolded? try inputting that into the text bar and search through until you hit the line you want.

PS: there are only like 98 of those lying around in the page, so good luck in your search.

Same for me. I searched through Google, Yahoo and Wikipedia and found almost no leads except topics related to Symphonic Rain. So my guess is that its a fictional instrument in the novel.

If google found nothing of it, it's probably a made-up name.
