The most recent Visual Novel I've played is Murder By Numbers.
It's like how Professor Layton games are with VN interactions and puzzles spread throughout. but with picross puzzles. The writing, art, and music are all pretty good, but imo the actual picross isn't great.

ive been jumping between sengoku rance and magic and slash rirus grand adventure. both are great reads and gameplay is enjoyable.

Still trying to find time to play Steins;Gate 0.It's quite slow in the beginning compared to the original S;G, and the art looks a bit off at first, but when you got the gear rolling it's hard to stop.
