A Tale of Survival Ep. 2

Now comes the second part of my survival series. I encourage people to speak their minds and join in. Either that, or you could just read and see how it plays out.

So our story today starts now.

You open your eyes to the sight of black. You cannot move and you feel as if you are in an extremely confined space. You here loud noises outside but cannot ascertain what they are. You nervously let the situation play out for a few more minutes until a light flashes in front of you. It seems to be some sort of monitor and it has the number 25,000 fast counting down. You then see the monitor say: "Readying Feeding Process" as you are sprayed with some sort of vile smelling substance. The monitor returns to the previous screen with the number just reaching 20,000. Whatever you are inside of quickly locks a device to your arm and breaks open. You are now free falling uncontrollably catching a glimpse of what appears to be an island everytime you spin at the right angle. You begin to panic and decide to:

A.Pray
B.Look at the device on your arm
C.Slap yourself, maybe it's a dream
D.Continue to fall and see what happens
E.Other

Anyway, Option B it is. Better choices than the others....

You look at the device on your arm as your body flips around in the air. After much concentration, you manage to make the words out on the screen in all the chaos. It says: "First Obejective: Retrieve Parachute." You look around you and see a parachute bag attach to some weights falling about twenty feet below. As you resituate yourself to streamline your body and catch up to it, another man zips pass you and claims it for himself. You:

A.Fight for the parachute with the man
B.Scan the area for any other parachutes
C.Grab on to the man in hope the parachute can support both of you
D.Slap yourself, maybe you're dreaming
E.Other

Hm, to be a douche or to not be a douche. Meh, referring to the title, this is a fight for survival. A.

I say, go for option B first, but,
If there aren't any, option A.

You quickly scan the area and notice no other parachutes. You streamline and rush after the man who took the parachute. You reach him and assume there's probably no more than ten thousand feet before you hit the ground. The man quickly notices you grasping the parachute. You notice he has a pad on his arm similar to yours as they both flash red in unison. You look at it and read on the monitor: "WARNING: Parachute will not deploy in the presence of two live indiviuals!" The man tightens the straps around him and socks you in the face. You attempt to:

A.Undo the straps and take the parachute
B.Kill him and hope the parachute will open for you since he will be dead
C.Let him go, he deserves to live since he got to it first
D.See if you can get the parachute to work for both of you.
E.Other

The combination of A and B...

I will undo the strap, kill him, take the parachute, and probably, it would work for me.

(Also, try to jumble the choices so we won't be stucked up with the first two options.)

To be a douche. A. I mean, what are you going to kill him with; your bare fists?

D. There has to be a way. If we give up our humanity here, then it's the same thing as being dead.

Lol nice one Neo. But I'm a heartless bastard so like Chronus I'll choose a combination of A and B.

You fight back slugging it out with the man as you fall. As you attempt to undo the straps, the man manages to stop you. He is adamant and will not surrender the parachute. He screams at you, but it is impossible to hear what he is saying. He kicks you off of him separating the both of you. You however, do not give up. You chase after him once more and ram into him at an extremely high speed hitting the device on the parachute causing it to spark and malfucntion. It suddenly explodes outwards no more than 2000 feet before hitting the ground. You manage to grasp on to the man's legs as you slowly descend to the ground. When you touch the ground, the man shares no word with you. Rather, he undoes the parachute and begins to ignore you. The device on your arm begins to flash once more. You decide to:

A.Scan the area and ascertain where you are
B.Wait until the man is ready to talk to you
C.Attempt to talk to the man
D.Look at the device on your arm
E.Other

EDIT: College starts for me today so sorry if posts will only be early morning and late at night.

D, as it is the logical deduction.

You look at the device on your arm. You see words appear and disappear at a steady rate. It reads: "Welcome brave and noble warrior of the year 2534. You have been selected by the universe's top hunters to compete in their 24th annual Hunting Games. Do not worry about your previous life, clones that are set to become sickly and die in a matter of years so no one wil know of your true whereabouts have already been put in your place. Since you are reading this message, you must have passed the first test and successfully managed to acquire the parachute before your opponent. Rest for now and you will be updated about the second test 24 hours from when you landed." The device immediately powers down. You realize you have now become some sort of tool for the best hunters in the universe and that this is definitely illegal. You ponder how they've managed to prevent the public from ever knowing about this and even more so on how you got inside that capsule. You have no recollection at the moment so you look at the man and then at the jungle around you. You decide to:

A.Kill the man
B.Leave the man be and find a safe place to set up camp
C.Reason with the man and see if you can work with him
D.Stay where you are and set up camp
E.Other

C would be more logical. Well, although we slugged it out just a few minutes ago but no hard feeling right? (^_^)b

C makes the most sense.

You take a deep breath and turn around to face the man. He has just finished removing the parachute from his person. He looks at you as well with a scowl on his face. "Look..." you say.
"You tried to kill me," he says. "Not only that, but you tried to steal something that was rightfully mine."
"I'm..."
"But your brash act saved both of us," says the man cutting you off once more. "And for that, I accept your apology."
You smile. The man took your apology right out of your mouth. "What's your name?" you ask.
"Hector," he says. "You?"
"My name is (lol, you guys decide and I'll use it)."
"Nice to meet you," says Hector. "So what do you propose we do?"

A.Stay here and set up camp
B.Explore the island a little to get a geographic idea
C.Immediately find something to eat
D.Betray Hector
E.Other

D. MWAHAHAHA. Joking. Option B and C is logical. Food is important and grasping the area around is too. So I propose that we look around the area while looking for food.
