I had entered the small room unnoticed, and just sat against the wall, listening to everything going on, as I tried to get over being drunk. It wasn't good to go into a mission with your head full of booze and not being able to make the good decision. Especially since this required demolition. I am an expert in it, only when I'm not drunk.

I giggle a little to myself, thinking of the ecstasy I'd get from blowing up some helicopters and buildings. It would be glorious, even more so that I would still have a little buzz from the alcohol.

I ended up taking a small nap, and upon waking up, my head hurt like someone took a rock and bashed my skull in.

I really have to stop drinking. I don't know why I continue to do so., I say as I rub my temples. I feel something on my head, and remember that it was the cat ears I bought earlier. I hadn't taken them off since I bought them.

Oh well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to keep them on. I like them a lot anyways, nya~., I continued thinking to myself.

22:45… I heard of Winchester speaking about the mission’s time.

I grabbed my medicine bag and check my medicine supplies. I remembered I haven’t been updating my content for a week long now.

I can still remember mom talking about this.

“Keep your medicines up to date, and hide them in a safe place. Remember, you don’t only carry your life, other’s are in your hands as well”

I brought a handful of sanitizers, alcohol and bunch of solvents for preparations. Band aids, tourniquet, clean cloth and bandages for wrapping up. Gloves, cotton swabs, tweezers and masks can’t be forgotten of course.

Painkillers.- Aspirins, Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen or naproxen sodium and any others.

Since I am aware that this mission has a large probability to cause burns, open wounds, and suffocation, I brought different aids and tools for it, which are about a hundred I can’t mention all.

“I don’t wanna get to war unprepared”. I think.

I remembered the single auto-injector that Winchester gave to us. I grabbed it and took a good look…

Winchester took a deep breath, "Assault team to the left, sniper support team to the right, undecided either madge a choice or go home, I'm tired, cold and my wife has ben waiting for me for give fucking hours now, so I'd like to get home." He walked to a backpack placed in one of the corners and opened it producing several cheap prepaid mobile phones and distributed them amongst the members. The back of each phone has a piece of making tape with and had a sequence of numbers in ascending order (phones 1-n, no not literally n, I'm just not sure how many people are present or who haven't posted yet and will want one) with a contact for each phone distributed. "these are your new phones, they're shitty, untracible and well be paid for with cash only. Never use plastic, a check or whatever else you can think of to pay for it... CASH ONLY... No voice, texts only and always wear gloves when handling it." He took a step back, "any final questions? We'll be meeting here tomorrow at 17:30 tomorrow and proceed as planned by Lex, sniper support you're coming with me, take your rifle and get ready to meet the wife, be warned, she has some fire and if you try anything I won't stop you, she will, and trust me it won't be pleasant."

Adrian simply heard all of the plans Winchester had laid out, and mulled over them for a while.

"Damn...was hoping the Prototype thing would work."

He walked over to the weapons rack and laid down his rifle and Beretta, easing the weight on his shoulders a little.

"Say, you guys think another, more mobile sniper can help in this mission?"

as always Lex did not like being ordered around by Winchester but chose to keep his disagreements to himself for he understood that these orders came from Jon.

He silently took a phone and examined it. After 1 minute, he lost interest and went back to the map in hand. He started working on a plan to sneak in.

After 15 minutes, Lex went over to the equipment shelf and took a couple of transmitters that is linked to his iPhone. He went over to Eden and said,

"I need you to configure the phone. Make it so that I can listen to all the phone and talk with them all at the same time."

Lex's tone is commanding, implying it as an order.

((Typing this through my phone. Still at work. Forgive me if there are any mistakes))

So the briefing was dismissed, not much was done but I wasn't going to complain. Simply put, we took a few hours to decide who was going where and what we were going to basically do. . . In most case, I was quite disappointed, if this was back in my old platoon, this stuff would have been all sorted out and then some in no more than an hour. I give a sigh as I follow Winchester. Its unfortunate but I'm forced to work with a rag tag team of civilians, of course I won't show them physically how I feel.

Mira patiently listened. Upon opening her closed eyes at last, "As an officer, I'll go with the support team," she said, walking behind Winchester now.

Making an assumption, she spoke once again, "I can do some sniping if need be, but only if a sniper is provided, by the way."

Winchester smiled at Mira's suggestion, "I appreciate the sentiment, but I know what you're capable of, trust me we need you going with the assault team, you're the field officer and a damn fine soldier, not saying anyone else isn't," he briefly turned his gaze to Browning and started knives at him, "I was thinking Ling, I could use someone like him and I've seen his service record, yes you bunch of idiots I know I look like a redneck, but I can read" he said under his breath, "fucking idiots probably thought I was some kind of simpleton", then resumed normal volume, "Not to mention Ling already knows Murphy, so working with her won't be a stretch for him. Mites though, I'm sorry, but we need your leadership out there where it makes the biggest impact."

I raise my head at the mentioning of my name, "I was already under the assumption that I'd be in the support team, Sir. No worries, I have no complaints." Winchester, despite acting quite arrogant at times, is a good man. An experienced shooter, wish we had more like him around here. . . not LIKE him exactly though. I tip my hat lower so that it covers more of my face while still being able to stay secure around my head and I'm still able to see properly as I follow Winchester.

After handing over the phone to Eden, Lex went over to Mira and Winchester cutting in between their conversation.

"As long as you follow my orders."

Lex said it with a look of authority at Mira. Lex was never fond of the high class types and thus had a dislike for Mira. Although Lex dislike her, he still acknowledge her abilities and her vast amount of knowledge of military workings and equipments. Lex had frequent discussions with Mira about tactics but he could never bring himself to like him; perhaps reminding him of something in his past.

Lex left Mira and Winchester after that comment and walked over to the center of the room.

"All members of the assault team, gather around me! I'm going to issue individual orders!"

Lex was in his commander-mode already.....

Darren glanced around - he had dazed out briefly, bored by long, drawn out tactics and preferring to enjoy his daydream. He caught the orders Winchester gave out, splitting the group into assault and support.

Darren glanced down at his P90, then looked up again.

"Well, it's kind of obvious where I'm going, yeah? I'd like to see someone snipe with a P90, after all..."

He shrugged his shoulders and walked over to Lex, wondering who else would be assaulting the 'airbase' with him. Assault was a fairly dangerous job, after all - and required a fair amount of teamwork and coordination.

Winchester nodded at Lex, "Ling," he said "I'm sorry about this, but tonight is Chinese food night, I know it's ironic, but every Saturday is and Murphy'll have your head if you sit out on this, so come on with me, we'll need to plan and Murphy asked about you so you're staying the night." Winchester liked Ling, he was a good soldier and he was a respectful man. He also produced four rounds with grey tips and handed them to Ling, "if it takes more than 5 bullets to kill, use one of these. They should be more than enough, now lets roll on out, Murphy is probably mad as hell with how late I am... My advice, bob and weave..."

"Very well, Sir, though I'm not exactly hungry so don't expect me to eat much." to be honest, I don't like American Chinese take-away, they don't taste like actual Chinese food and are definitly not as good as my mother's cooking, nonetheless, I might as well stay the night with them since I didn't get a motel room yet.

Winchester hands me 4 special rounds, the bullets are colored grey at the tips, they seemed to be a special round of .338 Lappua Magnum rounds, I give an appreciative nod to Winchester and swap four .338 rounds on my bandolier sling for the special grey bullets.

(ooc I'm going on my date so don't expect any posts until tomorrow, wish me luck guys)

(ooc again: I turn the assault team over to Lex to go on about the specifics of the assault team's strategy)

"Very well then, Winchester, if you're gonna praise me that much, I have to go for the assault team, I guess," Mira said, giving a faint smile, only to have it broken by the approaching Lex.

Mira slightly yawned at Lex's words; flaunting somewhat ignorance to avoid the useless gaze of superiority, such glares upon the person who came from high-class never brings anything good but hatred and jealousy.

And then spoke in enough volume for Lex to catch on his ear, "Fine. Whatever."

After much discussion, the time to decide which team to join came near. Rather than debate about it, Markus went ahead and walked to the man named Lex who stated that he would lead the assault team. As he met up with Lex, Markus saw some other members joining the assault team though paid no mind to them.

After a few people had talked to Lex, Markus asked, "So, Mr. Lex, what pray tell is my orders for this quite grand mission to sabotage the police airbase~?"

I read a the label of What Winchester gave to us. Its something called as "Super Soldier" as read on the cover.
I further examine its appearance. It's a milky reddish color inside the viewing window and the injector itself is black.

My mom said, commonly, solvent and liquids with such color, if not cleaning agent, and if edible, are used as energy drink...

Unfortunately, there is no Content label... All posted It has 2 "warnings" on it saying "caution: may be lethal" and "contents under pressure". Engraved into each is a signature reading "SA".

Such mixtures like this needs professional eyes and laboratory...

Winchester also gave us something about our communication. Its a phone, to be handled cautiously. He said all of the instructions about it, but im not listening to it.

My mind is still puzzled with this medicine...

Darren glanced around, noticing a few more join the assault team - one of them stood out as particularly pretentious-sounding to him.

He sighed, and closed his eyes, daydreaming a bit more while listening to music, out of sheer boredom.

As the members of the assault team gathers, Lex took out a bigger detailed map of the urban area. He then proceeds to take a red marker pen marked three spots; "A" in the back entrance, "D" near the entrance and "S" in the adjacent building. Lex then started explaining in full detail of the plan.

"I will now explain the plan so listen carefully, I hate repeating myself. The marks each represent Assault, Distraction and Sniper team. As you can see, we will enter through the back door while Team D pulls some flashy stunt to distract them. That stunt of his will most likely only buy us 30 minutes tops. During this time, Eden will take out the power supply and we'll get in through the back door. The power outage will last only for 40 minutes so we'll have to move fast. Night-vision goggles and silencers are a must; I won't accept any excuses of forgetting to bring it. If your main guns cannot fit a silencer, use your sidearm, no exceptions.

Darren and Mira will take point. Eden will take center and protect Rachel. The two of you only need to shoot when the enemies get close. Make sure you protect, she's the one flying the damn heli. Chelsea and I will take the rear."

As Lex said the instruction, Rachel who has been sitting at the side, nodded and cheerfully said,

"Oh~~I get a part in the action too?"
"Who do you think will be flying the damn thing?" said Lex a little angry at Rachel for not noticing the obvious.


((OOC: Rachel is an NPC. Decided to add one because no one was driving.... She's an excellent driver that can drive most vehicles except tanks and jets. She's cheerful and has long red-hair. BTW anyone can control her, just make sure you stick to her character. Here's her basic character sheet.


She'll be playing quite a big part in the RP since we need a driver for escapes. I hope this is okay. If you think she should be removed I'll edit my post.))

My head was feeling like it was going to explode the whole time Lex was talking.

"Ugh... So I gotta only use my side arm? Man, and here I thought I could use my favorite weapon. At least I still get to blow something up, nya~."

I pause for a moment, massaging my temples.

"Anyone got some pain killers? This headache is going to kill me faster than any bullet would, nya~.", I say with a slight sense of humor.
